I love their clothing for my little one!! I had a small mishap when returning something, but the ladies here didn't hesitate to help make it right and explain to me how it all works. I had so many questions but they answered them all thoroughly and kindly. Thanks for being amazing!!!

I like the prices for the most part- the staff was really pushy though. We were only in carters for about 15 minutes and literally 5 employees came up to us at different times asking if we needed help finding anything after we had already listened to a 5 minute dialogue from the front door lady. I used to work in retail so I get it- but this was excessive. Me and my fiancé were interrupted mid conversation a couple of the times and I felt like that was really rude. Like seriously Carters, give me a break or room to breathe! Your store isn't that big, I can literally see where everything is at all times. Your sales are clearly posted everywhere. Ask me once if I need help, if I end up needing it someone I'll ask.

Carters is a great and inexpensive baby-child age clothes. They offer beautiful patterns and "in-style" items for every season. I am super picky about baby clothes. I prefer patterns to animals. Carter's usually offers great attire and a variety of similar outfits if you're into dressing your children similar, but not exactly the same. Would be a great place to find outfits for pictures. I love the end of season close-out. Everything is marked down half price or so and it's great if you are a planner like me and can manage to grab things a year in advance. This last trip in, I went to grab a swimsuit for next year. Loved that they offered a long sleeve SPF suit. Staff was helpful, without bugging me, which I like a lot.

My wife and I always stop by Carter's when we are at the outlets because of their selection and their occasional deals. Our most recent visit was this past week and it was packed as usual. We got what we were looking for, a spf swimsuit for our baby. Their selection is always great and the prices are pretty nice when they have sales going on. Their customer service associates are always nice as well. Overall, we always stop by the Carter's store when we are out at the outlets and will continue to do so.
