I love Columbia gears and almost all of my outdoor apparels are from this brand. This store is however pretty cold when it comes to service. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor by buying from them. I see them behaving differently with different people. I would rather buy online now on.

I enjoy going into the Gretna store but on back Friday I was a little disappointed. The cashier wouldn't take it the FastCash. How does she enter credit cards when the strip is worn down? Working I'm retail previously there's always a way to enter cc information.

I always stop in this store and check out the clearance racks. I don't think I have ever walked out of the store without buying anything. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They usually are very patient with my kids who sometimes don't behave the best in the store. Highly recommend checking out the store, especially for the good sales they have throughout the year. This is my favorite Columbia store and we have been to at least four.
