We dropped into CrossFit Kinesis while in the area and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly and Kylie led a great session, giving very helpful cues and making the workout fun and enjoyable. It’s clear that this gym has a great community. We will definitely be back!

Easily the best gym in the area! The coaches are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also very kind and encourage you to give your very best. They meet you where you are at and make you feel welcome no matter your skill level. It really is an amazing place and I definitely encourage you to check it out.
