I have only been a customer since September 2024 so my experience is short.
No issues yet. I like that you can get a new debit card made at most branches. My past bank you couldn't. Which sucked to wait 10-14 days.

I don't know how they do it but 0% financing for active duty military personnel on auto loans and Home Loans is amazing.
