I've been searching for a storage ottoman for months. I finally decided to take a 30 min drive out to Gretna to see if their store had one available. I found one in the clearance section. I dig it out. I had to move a desk chair and several wall pictures to retrieve it. Not having a basket I carried it to the front by the register. My grandbaby was asking for a toy so I go grab her something. It was all of 5 minutes. Come back to purchase it and another customer is buying. I was hot! I feel there was more they could've done than keep apologizing and blaming eachother for their poor customer service, even though they tried to find me one similar. I thought I finally could stop with my search. I decided to be a bigger person.Signed unsatisfied customer

30 people standing in line, 2 teen checkers while the adults and manager just kept stocking shelves on a busy Saturday. We put our stuff down and left.

What an amazing shopping experience! We walk in looking for luggage because I am.jere visiting from Florida and the cold broke a few of the wheels off of both of my suitcases. As soon as we walk in there are suitcases at the entrance and to the right. We walk to the section to the right and a woman named Nanvy asks us what brings us in. I tell her for suitcases and she goes full blown sales expert mode on us. They just so happened to have gotten in a delivery of some pretty awesome luggage sets and she darn near went through all of them with me based on what I told her I was looking for. She was thorough, super helpful and has an amazing personality. Totally knocked my socks off with how helpful she was. I cc an honestly say I haven't encountered someone so pleasant while they were working in over 10 years. She made my day and I love my luggage. If TJ MAXX had more employees like her Nationwide they would be unstoppable.

store closes at 9:30 but dressing rooms close at 7:30 now if i have to return any items i have to drive 20 minutes out. so inconvenient might as well not have dressing rooms.

Always my favorite place to just drop in and see what is new! I am always finding a little something to add to my shopping cart. Home Decor, Clothes, dog toys. I always find a little something on every trip and so glad it is close to home!
