“My most recent service visit started with a call from Samaria. She was seriously the happiest, most upbeat voice I have ever heard over the phone. On the day I just needed it the most. I've had a rearview mirror in the parts department for months. I had set an appointment once and got sent out of town for work. Samaria called and was kindly asking if I knew I had parts in for my truck. I said oh my gosh, yes, I'm so sorry. I asked if she could set me an appointment and she replied of course. I took my truck in, and it got handled. If it wasn't for Samaria calling me, it would still be sitting there. Much appreciated girl! We need more awesome people like Samaria. I'm surprised with how well they do here but don't wash and vacuum cars/trucks that come thru service.”

“She’s lying. We contact each client when we receive their renewal and let them know whether the premium went up or not. If so, we quote all of our companies and contact our clients within 2 business days with the results of this work. This person rarely responds to our voicemails or emails. We keep meticulous records of these interactions. She was with us for eight years. She wants to blame me personally for her home insurance going up. She was belligerent with me on the phone. I told her home rates went up significantly due to 40 year record high inflation recently and the worst weather related claims year on record for our area. We had a tornado, sever straight line winds and hail. 2024 was the worst claims year on record according to some of our companies.
