Jess and Ryan were very professional, and took care of me. This was my first accident and I was not sure what the protocol was, Jess took the time to walk me through the process. Work performed looks great, can't tell my truck had been in an accident, and they worked one on one with the I surance company to ensure work needed was covered, and had my truck back o. The road i. The time line thought they would. I truly hope I do not need their services again, but if I do, I will definitely be returning. Thank you Crash Champions Gretna!

I am very pleased with my experience at Crash Champions in Gretna, Nebraska. The repair process was clearly communicated upfront and I was provided timely in -progress updates during the repair. In my case they worked after hours to ensure that my vehicle was returned in time to meet a specific milestone date. Quality of the repair is perfect. I am overjoyed in the experience I had with Jessica. This woman was easy to deal with, super professional and her communication was over the top. I definitely will not only continue to use Crash Champions for my auto body needs, but will highly recommend them to my family and friends! So glad Jessica and her team are part of Gretna!

I had the best experience with Jessie and the team at Crash Champions-Gretna. They were super friendly, extremely thorough, and did an amazing job on my car repairs! The detailing inside and out before they returned the vehicle to me was spectacular! I would highly recommend.

They turned my daughter away today as they didn’t have enough time to give an estimate.We were asked to go there by the Gretna school district in light of an accident that happened earlier last week. Trying to accommodate wishes and use a Gretna business we went there today. I spoke with the manager and asked him about turning away my daughter, when she showed up 5 minutes earlier to get an estimate. He indicated that she had to make an appointment and come back tomorrow. He did not offer to take pictures and do an estimate with a follow up email, which would’ve been my resolution to the situation. It just does not look like they want any business.

Almost wouldn't acknowledge my existence because I didn't have insurance paying for any repair. Was an out of pocket repair.

I was told I had to make an appointment for an estimate. When the time for the appt came, I was told the person in front of me was late and the damage was more than expected and I would have to wait another hour or reschedule. Instead if making the person who was late reschedule. Customer service was very poor. This experience made me go to B street Collision where I had the very best experience I've ever had. I will never make the mistake of going to Crash Champions again

Early this year, a turkey decided it was done with life and jumped into my cars path.Destroyed the drivers side of my car. Front quarter panel, mirror blown away, a peek through the windshield,Stopped by within a day to get an estimate. They worked with my insurance, kept me in the loop and got me into the schedule so fast.While my car was there, they were very good at keeping me looped in on how the repairs were going. They got the extremely complex job of swapping out the windshield and getting it programmed for safety without any interaction by me! That is so awesome.When I picked up the car, they were so welcoming and proud of the work. I have used them for several repairs and have nothing but great customer service and quality repairs.I appreciate such a talented, time oriented group in my city!Services: Auto glass replacement

Everybody at the shop was very up front and communication was great. Their shop was immaculate. You could eat off the floor. Ohhhh yeah, my truck looked great! Their craftsmanship was perfect. Then to top it off, my truck was fully detailed. I would recommend them to anybody that needs work done to their vehicle.
