“I stopped in over the holiday break while out shopping to see what kind of wedding bands they carry for my husband. The store is beautiful! Large and spacious with a ton of different cases to peruse. I was promptly met by a friendly female associate. After explaining what I was looking for she took me over to a few cases. Upon narrowing down what I was looking for, I unfortunately left without any additional items. As far as particular collection, I only saw one brand of mens rings, but I can't be sure that's all they have. However, what I did see what quite a bit more per ring than say our local Oracle jeweler. I ended up making my purchase else where, but did appreciate all the help and complimentary beverages offered.”

“I took my grandmothers jewelry to Riddles to be cleaned. Ava was super sweet, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job cleaning my jewelry. She also made sure there were no loose stones. While there, I looked at some jewelry for myself and not a single stuff member was pushy or unfriendly. They were all great. I will definitely be back whenever I consider a new piece of jewelry!”

“I went in today to get my wedding ring resigned or so I thought. I have not worn it since adding a 10 year anniversary band over 15 years ago. It just became to much of a ring. Levent took the time to talk with me and I came to realize I was more attached to the ring than I thought. He removed the 10 year band – right there and then cleaned up my ring to look totally new. He was very reasonable with his pricing. If I do decide to get a different ring I will definitely have him design and custom make it because who wants a ring like someone else?I hope to take a class sometime soon.”

“My five-year-old really wanted to get her ears pierced, but she was very nervous. All of the staff was incredibly kind to us and Chloe (the piercer) was so patient and caring. The experience was as positive as it possibly could be! Ultimately my daughter did decide to get it done and two piercers helped so she could get both ears done at the same time. They were so quick that my daughter didn't even cry! Definitely a core memory for both of us and I am so thankful that we found Rowan to have such a great experience!”

We came in to find out more about their gold buy back program, and to look at their selection of engagement and wedding rings. Debbie took out all the time that was needed to answer our questions. Instead of pressuring us to sell our jewelry to her, she suggested we try to sell it online so we could get more of our money back. She even took the time to help us craft a sample description for the posting. We were astonished and beyond grateful. We did end up making a purchase, but never felt pressured to do so in return for the services and advice we just received. If I could give more than five stars I would! “I had a modification on a new ring purchased somewhere other than this shop. I had my fathers ring added to my new ring here. There were some initial problems that snowballed into a major problem that was not Express Jewelry's fault. Mike stepped up when the shop that sold me the ring (won't tell you who, but their initials are 'Kay Jewelers") would not stand behind their product and honor their warranty. This guy went above and beyond to take care of not only the small issues that occurred, but also took it upon himself to fix the major issues that arose that were not their fault in order to make things right. Went over and above to make me happy. Will definitely return.”

“Didn't go in-person but bought online, the glass plugs are the most comfortable thing I've ever put in my ears and the shipping was amazingly fast. I wanted to find a place to leave a review just so I could thank Arctic Buffalo for helping me finally crest 3/4 when it was near impossible before and now I'm almost ready to size up again! “I was there today at village point. The girl working tbe cash register was so helpful and so nice. I’m not sure of her name but she had a green dress I think possible it was a shirt but I think it was a dress. Little bit shorter the Shoulder length hair. She was kind and very helpful, and smiled and it seemed like there was two girls in front of us who checks out and they were either being mean to her or making fun of her, but they were rude to her and laughing uncontrollably- really immature. And the cashier was still kind to them, had a smile and say thank you have a nice day, and then helped us - it didn’t effect her or if it did, we wouldn’t have known. That’s the type of employee worth keeping and she deserves a raise, I will always come back to this location due to the amazing customer service ehich definitely lacks these days.”
