“I went in today to get my wedding ring resigned or so I thought. I have not worn it since adding a 10 year anniversary band over 15 years ago. It just became to much of a ring. Levent took the time to talk with me and I came to realize I was more attached to the ring than I thought. He removed the 10 year band – right there and then cleaned up my ring to look totally new. He was very reasonable with his pricing. If I do decide to get a different ring I will definitely have him design and custom make it because who wants a ring like someone else?I hope to take a class sometime soon.”

“UPDATE: everything was worked out between me and the amazing staff that they have working there I retract my previous statement of I will never be back. They do care about their customers in a huge way, and I was fortunate enough to have them vouch for me and find a fair solution for the both of us so I am very happy with the way that they worked with me on this. I’m gonna leave the last bit here just so that people can understand the grievance I had in the beginning.
GRIEVANCE: i am a frequent customer and usually well taken care of here, but I traded in a shotgun and purchased another ar style shotgun, which had nothing but problems. I bring the gun back in to inform them of the issue and they gave me a gift card with the full amount in return to spend on anything in the store, but I am not allowed to use that gift card to pull items out of pawn (per owner) Extremely disappointed last time i give them Business after the gift card is redeemed”
“I was there today at village point. The girl working tbe cash register was so helpful and so nice. I’m not sure of her name but she had a green dress I think possible it was a shirt but I think it was a dress. Little bit shorter the Shoulder length hair. She was kind and very helpful, and smiled and it seemed like there was two girls in front of us who checks out and they were either being mean to her or making fun of her, but they were rude to her and laughing uncontrollably- really immature. And the cashier was still kind to them, had a smile and say thank you have a nice day, and then helped us - it didn’t effect her or if it did, we wouldn’t have known. That’s the type of employee worth keeping and she deserves a raise, I will always come back to this location due to the amazing customer service ehich definitely lacks these days.”

Cayla did an amazing job on all of them, one of them was super nervous and Cayla helped her to stay calm and counted down for her. We had a good time and Cayla is amazing at her job, we all love her”
“Didn't go in-person but bought online, the glass plugs are the most comfortable thing I've ever put in my ears and the shipping was amazingly fast. I wanted to find a place to leave a review just so I could thank Arctic Buffalo for helping me finally crest 3/4 when it was near impossible before and now I'm almost ready to size up again! The sizes go by millimeters so stretching is so smooth! I legitimately am very grateful!”
