“Had an outstanding experience last weekend with Nico. I went in with my wife and three small children and the entire experience was transcendant. Members of the staff were interacting with my kids and helping keep them happy which makes it much easier to truly admire everything in their showroom. Nico showed me many watches, my wife some rings, and he spent a lot of quality time with us helping us find exactly what we were looking for. It is easy to see how passionate he is about his vocation. The security team there is very friendly & welcoming as well! We are lucky to have a place like this in Omaha.”

“I just had to review the great experience I had yesterday. I have some silver plated charms that my grandchildren made me. I needed someone to put it on a bracelet for me.These are inexpensive charms who's value is dear to my heart but not so much monetarily.First, I was greeted with smiles and wonderful customer service. They could have easily looked down their noses at my very inexpensive bracelet but they did not!They treated it like it was the hope diamond!They are putting it together for me and I can't say enough about this store.Thank you for a wonderful experience!”

“Mark Shepard is an excellent craftsman, but even more, he's a joy to work with. He's a careful listener, very laid back and responsive to his customers, and he doesn't try to push anything on you. I had a custom engagement ring made here and couldn't be happier with the end product, and with his continuing service and free maintenance. He also does restorations and works with any stones you might bring in. We'll be going back here for our wedding bands, and any other time we need some professional jewelry work done.”

“UPDATE: everything was worked out between me and the amazing staff that they have working there I retract my previous statement of I will never be back. They do care about their customers in a huge way, and I was fortunate enough to have them vouch for me and find a fair solution for the both of us so I am very happy with the way that they worked with me on this. I’m gonna leave the last bit here just so that people can understand the grievance I had in the beginning.
GRIEVANCE: i am a frequent customer and usually well taken care of here, but I traded in a shotgun and purchased another ar style shotgun, which had nothing but problems. I bring the gun back in to inform them of the issue and they gave me a gift card with the full amount in return to spend on anything in the store, but I am not allowed to use that gift card to pull items out of pawn (per owner) Extremely disappointed last time i give them Business after the gift card is redeemed”
“I was there today at village point. The girl working tbe cash register was so helpful and so nice. I’m not sure of her name but she had a green dress I think possible it was a shirt but I think it was a dress. Little bit shorter the Shoulder length hair. She was kind and very helpful, and smiled and it seemed like there was two girls in front of us who checks out and they were either being mean to her or making fun of her, but they were rude to her and laughing uncontrollably- really immature. And the cashier was still kind to them, had a smile and say thank you have a nice day, and then helped us - it didn’t effect her or if it did, we wouldn’t have known. That’s the type of employee worth keeping and she deserves a raise, I will always come back to this location due to the amazing customer service ehich definitely lacks these days.”

I wanted to find a place to leave a review just so I could thank Arctic Buffalo for helping me finally crest 3/4 when it was near impossible before and now I'm almost ready to size up again! The sizes go by millimeters so stretching is so smooth! I legitimately am very grateful!”
