“Where to begin! Tanner and Ray are a phenomenal team to work with. Tanner greeted my partner and I with warmth and a big smile that never faded as we asked questions, shared our preferences, and tried on different styles of rings since we had never had the opportunity prior to experience this phase of life. Ray joined us and continued the wonderful service that Tanner had started. She too answered all of our questions with patience, smiles, and laughs. Being LGBTQIA, we had experienced some less than warm interactions, but seeing the rainbow “I am loved” pins in the Westroads store and these two amazing souls set our minds and hearts at ease. “I just had to review the great experience I had yesterday. I have some silver plated charms that my grandchildren made me. I needed someone to put it on a bracelet for me.These are inexpensive charms who's value is dear to my heart but not so much monetarily.First, I was greeted with smiles and wonderful customer service. They could have easily looked down their noses at my very inexpensive bracelet but they did not!They treated it like it was the hope diamond!They are putting it together for me and I can't say enough about this store.Thank you for a wonderful experience!”

I had a custom engagement ring made here and couldn't be happier with the end product, and with his continuing service and free maintenance. He also does restorations and works with any stones you might bring in. We'll be going back here for our wedding bands, and any other time we need some professional jewelry work done.”

Everything was organized well, so it didn’t feel cluttered like some gift stores do. The lady at the counter was friendly and helped me pick something out without being pushy.
