Today at 6:00 PM, I arrived at the facility. It was already dark out. While at the gate, I waited until it opened via access through the app. I noticed on the other side of the gate some suspicious activity happening. As the gate opened, I told my passenger that I would drive forward a little bit just to see who these people were. As I approached them, they drove off into one of the aisles. I drove into another aisle waiting for them to drive past so I can proceed to my unit because I didn’t want these suspicious people to know where my unit is just in case. As they drove past me from the other aisle, I proceeded to my unit thinking it’s safer now. I pull up to my unit and the vehicle with the suspicious people stop in the middle of the road. I hesitated to open my unit. They did a U Turn and approached my vehicle. They asked me what unit I am suppose to be at. I refused to tell them. They then said they were a property manager. No ID, no uniform, no way to tell if they were who they said they were. I still refused to tell them because I wasn’t taking any chances. They said they would call the police. I said go ahead. They drove off angrily. Left the facility through the gate. I proceeded to go to my unit. They came back and approached me again. They then tell me they pulled my records of accessing the facility, thus proving they are employed. I tell them just because you tell me you are this person doesn’t mean I should believe you. Again, not providing ID or anything to tell me that they are employees. I then ask for their names so I can talk to their superiors or whoever is above them at the company. They refused. Rolled up their windows and sped off. I hopped back in my car and drove to the gate to meet them since there is only 1 exit/entrance. I grabbed my phone to record and had again asked for their names. They ignored me. Drove to the gate. I was behind them to get their license plate numbers to report them because I still don’t have their names. They then put their car into reverse and try to hit me. Which I have on camera and I know they have it on their security footage too. They floor it out of the gate after waiting for it to open and park in front of the office doors. I waited with them for police to arrive. They claimed I tailgated a car into the entrance even though they saw me enter. How did they pull records of me entering the gate? Oh that’s right! I’m a paying customer and I have the right to conduct business at a place I’m currently renting at. It’s been 6 hours since the incident and I’m still fuming. Can not wait until next business day to call corporate on employee(s) — Sabrina & Loretta

Sabrina is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that customers feel taken care of. Sabrina has customer service that people train employees to have. It clearly comes natural too. She’s professional, kind, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. she was there in the snow storm too.

UPDATED- at first I gave a 5 star for customer service and the move in process. Upon move out I changed it to 1 star- would give zero if I could. I was lied to about the second month being free. I went to the property and was advised they would call me back- never called then the property manager never was on site after that. I called them multiple times and even the 800 number that transfers you out of the country. They set up times to speak with the property manager and STILL nothing- crickets. I even left an internal review on how bad their customer service is and still nothing. Even left a message upon move out and they still didn’t call me back- just processed my move out online!! They lie to you then ignore you! There is no upper management and they could care less about their customers. I was going to rent another indoor storage for long term but they lost my business completely. Be careful when they tell you about a promotion- they are liars and will avoid you afterwards without fixing the issue. Even though the unit was clean, access was easy I would not recommend based off their customer service. Find a storage place that actually values your business.
MOVE IN: I was a walk in and Sabrina was very helpful and welcoming. The entire process was easy and professional. The property is clean and well maintained. I would recommend!

They can’t keep your items safe and the privacy fence was open and broke for months. They had multiple break ins. I’d never rent from them. Worst place to store your items.

Rented a 10x25 online for my trailer which is 9’ wide. The day my rental began, I was informed that their doors are actually only 8’ wide unfortunately.
So while I did not get to use the rental, Sabrina, the property manager, made every effort to find a local Public Storage that could accommodate me.
In the end, it was a great experience. If something works out in the future, I’d definitely be willing to use this Public Storage off 168th and 370.

Arrived, filled a large unit, shut the door and the door/latch system was broken and bent so there was no way to actually lock and secure the unit. There were no phone numbers posted that would ring through to someone who could help. After 30 minutes of trying to get a real person on the phone we finally had to call the number to set up a new rental so we could talk to a real person. She said a supervisor would be on their way; we waited an hour before deciding to just figure out how to secure our stuff for the night. Frustrating that we paid so much for a unit that wouldn’t even latch.
Warning on rates 😩 first month was $163 (September 2025). Second month jumped to $194. Next month it’s going to $269.

Hello, I just wanted to give a shout out to Sabrina at the Public Storage location in Gretna, Omaha, NE. I had emailed the company several times in, regards to the lock and whether I should return it and where, but I never received a response. Sabrina thankfully called me a day before I was supposed to empty my storage unit and told everything I needed to know. Thank you Sabrina.

Gate breaks often and management is unreachable. We had to call the cops to break us out of the gate.
