I absolutely LOVE Maurices. I came in just to look and walked out with three new outfits. Everyone is always nice and their clothing is up to date and easy to find in store.

No sales people spoke to us today. They could of told us about their sales today. Asked if we needed any help. I said loudly that we'll go to the mail,they are definitely more helpful.

Spent $300 in this store and opened the credit card. Employees would not allow me to use any of my birthday rewards or other reward points. It was even my birthday and they wouldn’t allow me to use my birthday rewards. The employee who helped me open the credit card didn’t even go over the credit card info nor explain certain things about it. They told me I need to go to my home store and return everything and rebuy everything in order for me to use MY reward money. Overall this experience was pretty awful. I was able to go to my home store location and they were so helpful and able to fix the mistakes the gretna store made. Also I left my spandex shorts is their fitting room in gretna and called and offered to pay for them to ship them back to my home because I don’t live near gretna and the employee I talked to on the phone refused to help me and told me they will have to throw them away if I didn’t return to get them the next day. I will never return to this store and it’s very unfortunate that the employees at this location do not know how to properly help guests and do their jobs. Today I called back and I was able to talk with Sarah (I believe was her name) on the phone today in Gretna about my experience yesterday and she was VERY helpful and will be able to send me my shorts that were left behind. However, the other staff there is very unhelpful, untrained, and not for the customers. If there was a 0 star I would give this store a 0.

Visited this store the other day. I was instantly greeted and assisted with recommendations for specific items I was looking for. The associate set up a fitting room for me. She was very personable, definitely will be back to shop there! All the associates were nice, the store was clean and organized. If you visit the Gretna outlet mall Maurices Nachia was wonderful.

I stop in here frequently, usually in search of something specific, and the ladies there are always so nice and helpful. One gal even remembered me from a previous time, AND asked how my trip was that I was shopping for! So cute!

Shopped several stores in Nebraska Crossing since Christmas. The gals here were hands down the best. They greeted my family who came in at separate times. They did everything they could to make my shopping the best experience it could be. They made sure if something wasn't the right size they offered to get it in a better size. Truly amazing customer service.

I stopped in here with my daughter on a Sunday afternoon in October. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and organized. Clothing was all folded neatly. Dressing rooms were attended. Overall, a very nice shopping experience.
