Good track stop! The shower has good ventilation, but the toilets are not completely clean. The laundry has three washing machines, but the seals are not washable. I had to wash them myself because there was a very unpleasant smell. There is also an unpleasant smell in one of the rooms.

Whenever I see this long list of waiting guests I know that some lazy people are working here. It’s not even busy at this truck stop but the workers are super lazy. I have been to the busiest pilots in the country and you never wait more than 10 minutes for a shower but people working here are horrible. If I’m the manger I would send home who ever is taking care of showers.

No customer service
No showers
Shower system doesnt knock out drivers who don't show up.

Maybe re-train cashiers how to successfully use points. I was told I dont have any and long behold I have plenty. Wasn't able to use points or any BOGO coupons on app I had. He was then bitching about how long his day was. I really don't care. Instead of his jokes he should be learning how to do his job correctly

Propane service but no one qualified to operate it. Dump station had no water. Not too big a deal but just a heads up.

Flying J used to be very well run. Over the last several years, this filling station has become trashy, the fuel pumps don’t work well, the receipt paper is never loaded, trash is overflowing, and the convenience portion of the store is always understaffed.

Absolutely terrible! Got a shower on the app, someone was in there! Talked to the cashier, she said system was messed up, go to waiting area and someone will come get you . 20 min, nobody came. Walked back by the showers … nobody around anywhere. Decided to at least go to the bathroom, yeah, disgusting and no toilet paper. Went to the other bathroom, disgusting and no toilet paper. Absolutely ridiculous
