Went to Nebraska Crossing, trying to find some workout shoes for my 11.5 4E, triangle feet (always crazy difficult). Ended up at Reebok, with the GM Cody. He actually found a few solid options for me, then made a clear call on the best option, based on the damage to my ankle and what would support it the best. He even helped the wife to find a killer set! She appreciated that he didn’t hover, he gave us just enough room and was present when he was needed. Credit, where credit is due, the shoes are perfect… but Cody’s customer service made this whole experience well worth it! Keep up the great work! We’ll be back to see you!

Great service and amazing prices. It was a better value than online and the cashier helped us out by suggesting we take advantage of the sale. We will start our next shopping trip here!

CODY was a fantastic help, I had a defective pair of Nano X2’s. This man did everything in his power to help me out. He SINGLE HANDEDLY kept my business at Reebok. Because of his effort I bought 2 pairs of nanos. Originally I had planned on switching to a different brand, but will remain loyal to Reebok.

CODY the customer service rep was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help us get sneakers for our five children for school! We went to NIKE and not one Rep asked to help or assist. So glad we went to Reebok and got 6 pairs of shoes for $120, saved over $200. Absolutely elated about our experience and will stop in here first before any other shoe store here at Gretna Outlet Mall. Thanks Cody!! Give this man a raise, he truly deserves one. It was a blessing for us.

I'm not sure what the managers name is but he's always there when I go in. He is really helpful. I've never gone in there and not had personal attention asking what I needed even last year on black Friday he was very helpful when slammed. Went there a week ago and same service. This store has a great atmosphere and good sales all the time.

Signs up saying “Entire store is 50% off.” Cashier says to me “Oh they just do that to get people inside.” Won’t shop this store or brand on principle.
