Great selection of coats. Majority of the store is 50$ off or more. Went on a Saturday and this store was completely packed with customers. Got thru the checkout line fairly quick. Keep up the great work.

Visited Northface with my family and it was a very unpleasant experience. Whenever we are at the outlets we always stop at Northface and buy something. Yesterday we had our two toddlers and we had them in a wagon (that way they’re not running around the store) and this female employee from the moment we walked into the store she made sure to target us by following us through the entire store!!! Not sure if she thought we were there to steal, we never put any items inside the wagon so I’m not sure what was her deal. She was in every aisle we were while pretending to “fix” clothes on the rack. My husband
let the cashier know about the situation and how it ruined our shopping experience. They need to have better training and not breathe on your neck as your shopping.

My wife and I are frequent shopper at North Face. Most North Face stores are great. However, this store is an exception. We had a rewards coupon that is valid at all North Face stores, they didn’t allow us to use it. If I’m North Face corporate, I’d call this branch for review as they are going to lose them business.

had a somewhat negative customer service experience here. staff acted like i was an inconvenience to just be in the store. vibes were honestly not good.

over priced jackets. they feel uncomfortable. went to return a jacket i got my mom and returned it the next day bc it didn’t fit good and she wore it once for 2 minutes and they wouldn’t take it back. person in short buzzed purple hair was very rude

Concern Regarding Lost Prescription Glasses and Lack of Support!
Dear [Store Manager/Customer Service],
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at your store on Black Friday. While I understand the busy nature of the day, I feel the response I received to my situation was inadequate and dismissive.
During my visit, I tried on a sweatshirt and momentarily placed my prescription glasses on a shelf nearby. When I returned just minutes later, my glasses were gone. Losing something as important as prescription glasses is already upsetting, but the response I received when seeking assistance was even more frustrating.
I approached a store associate for help, only to be told there was nothing they could do and that I would need to email the loss prevention team. Additionally, I was informed that no cameras were present in the store, and I would have to wait 4-5 business days for any kind of response. This lack of immediate assistance and empathy felt dismissive of my concern.
Prescription glasses are not just an accessory; they are a necessity for daily functioning. I believe a more proactive and empathetic approach could have been taken in this situation. For example, searching the area, making an announcement, or even offering to help file a report immediately would have demonstrated a commitment to customer care.
I would appreciate it if you could expedite the process with your loss prevention team or provide alternative solutions to help me locate my glasses. Additionally, I hope you will consider this feedback to improve how similar situations are handled in the future.

After I posted this comment, someone from the store called me telling me that they found my glasses!!! I was very thankful 😌 for that I would give you guys 3 stars!

I talked with Shane and he was disrespectful and refused to talk to me when I asked for help. They don’t care about the customers they only care about money that’s being made in the store.
