The store is really nice and have good price. Almost all of the employees were nice except for one. When I got there there are two ladies working and they were very helpful. However when we checked out there were this older lady that were so unfriendly and borderline rude to us. I bought two purses and wanted to pay it separately since i bought the other purse for a friend overseas and they needed the receipt for customs. There are a limit on how much luxury items they can took home. She rang both purses as 1 transaction and I politely asked if I can return those and repurchased it with 2 different transaction. She kinda blew up on us and visibly got irritated. At the end she begrudgingly did what we asked, which only took a few minutes and seems like not a big deal, and didn't even look at us after I thanked her. I'm just disappointed with her treatment and that seems really unprofessional. However the other two employees were really helpful and nice to us.

I bought a pair of shoes here and it said they were 60% off. At checkout I was told it was a 40% discount. They said it was because the shoes were misplaced. So it cannot be given to me at a 60% discount price.

I visited this location for the first time on August 4th doing back-to-school shopping with my mother and daughter. I'm beyond disgusted with how the associates made us feel. If the ladies have issues with African American customers, then anyone with a brain knows retail isn't the right profession to choose. I love the east coast store locations, but I will never support a business that displays such ignorance. It is 2022. We left as soon as it was clear that we were unwelcome. We had a great experience at Kate Spade, so I would suggest others explore alternative options within the outlets. Ignorant people are sadly still among us.

My first time in the store and what an amazing experience that I had. Everyone was so nice, professional and helpful. I found some must have bags and fun stuff! Love the atmosphere! Such a pleasant experience for me and I know I will be back! Thank you! Would recommend for sure!
