My visit to this store was beyond expectations!!! This day and age, you’ve come to just expect barely mediocre customer service. Allie went well above and beyond any expectation I have when walking into a store! She was personable, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. She was knowledgeable and let us know of upcoming sales to take advantage of. I tried a vest on from healing hands. My intent was to only try on; however, she let me know you guys are phasing it out in a couple months. Which prompted me to just go ahead and buy the thing!! I would have been disappointed had I come back at a later date and it was no longer there. I went in to pick up an order I placed. Picking up that order was my 2nd visit to the store. She makes it worth the hour drive for us! She explained how she was wanting to bring in new colors of Med Couture scrubs you didn’t currently carry; I think that’s a wonderful idea! People can’t buy what they can’t see and try on! I’ve worked in retail many years and now work in patient care, I understand that having people like this are irreplaceable. Allie is an incredible asset to your store!

Terrible customer service. I have bought scrubs here many times but no longer will be. They claimed they were going to refund me and then call two weeks later and ask why I haven’t picked up my scrubs. I explain the situation and the manager is not willing to work with me at all. They tell me they will refund and never do and then claim they can’t do a refund. Very disappointed because I also reached out to the corporate and they said they would escalate this and give it to the proper people and never heard from them again. I would suggest taking your money else where they are many much better scrub shops!

If I could give negative stars I would. We have been in here a couple times each time making purchases over $100 dollars. Today the Karen behind the register decides to make it so obvious that she is following us around the store because she feels we are going to steal scrubs. I even look at her and rolled my eyes one time to let her know I see her, and just because we don’t look like her doesn’t give her the right to racially profile us and follow us around the store the whole time we were there. Absolutely disgusting behavior and the scrubs I planned on purchasing I paid down at the. Inter and walked out. I guess if you’re not the right race here it’s a problem.

We needed to stop in for work scrubs and had no idea where to begin. Ally and Taylor were INCREDIBLY helpful ! They Answered all our questions and gave us feedback from other customers preferences in *Fit, *Comfort, *Quality etc. Taylor and Ally are AWESOME!
