We had an issue with our new phones that we purchased online and Myles, Justine , and Ralph stayed late until they got them working. Myles spent over an hour on the phone with corporate walking through the issues! Great job team! I would highly recommend just going to them and not another store.

Don’t fall for the express pick up option online. The person working did not even acknowledge I walked in, you can greet a customer and still work with current ones. Still sitting here almost 40 minutes later for my “express pick up”

The rep for verizon was great, however the transfer from tmobile was a pain in the butt, plus verizons network was causing many issues that the rep had to keep contacting his customer service, and my wifes phone is still not wworking properly. Never jad so many issues changing providers. Not a good experience. Again I stress the verizon rep at the store was great and none of this was his fault.

I was just there last week and a sales representative named Flex helped me tremendously with adding a additional line to my account. He explained to me everything in detail giving me advice on devices that was beneficial to what I do for work and pleasure along, with explaining current promotions that helped me save money. The customer service was exceptionally wonderful.

Parker was very professional, helpful in purchase of my new phone. Transfered all info from old phone to new phone, made sure I was able to navigate new phone before I walked out door. Very good customer service skills
