“My boyfriend and I love Ridgeview Animal Hospital! We take our little Yorkie dog to Dr. Bell for all of his veterinary needs and she is wonderful. She is very caring and compassionate and you can tell that she loves what she does! She also is very open and willing to answer any questions you may have about your pet. The veterinary techs and front desk staff are wonderful as well. They love people and their pets and it shows! Will be coming back for as long as we possibly can. “Dr. Porter is great! I first visited 2 weeks ago thinking I was going to have to put my 13.5 year old chihuahua mix down. After 2 visits that week, she started turning around. The following tuesday, he followed up with a phone call to check on her. By then, she was being her usual bossy self! We returned today for an allergy shot and nail trim. He trimmed her nails without muzzling her, which has been accomlished by no one ever!

“We loved this clinic and the entire staff, who were so kind to our dog Taffy. Dr. Callow is the sweetest vet EVER. Unfortunately, we lost our dog very unexpectedly on Christmas Eve, and even though the clinic was closed, they had an emergency vet set up so that we could take her for cremation. Dr. Callow wrote the loveliest condolence card to us, which shows how much they care for their clients. When we do decide to get another dog, that is no one else I would want to take care of them.”

“Gentle doctor has been awesome with both my pet babies!!! I have been to all 3 of the clinics and I have been happy with the care that my pet babies have received. My little girl baby doesn’t do well with strangers, but they are gentle and thoughtful with her care. On her last visit the tech commented “it says she does better in the back, is it ok if I take her back there to get looked at?” I LOVED it that they noted that and asked me. (She has a lot of anxiety).
Also, I appreciate that they call for follow ups, and ask how my babies are doing after their visits.
I also use their grooming services. Where my little guy does very well, my little girl not so much. They take their time and they both come out happy and gorgeous! When my pet babies enjoy their experience, it says a lot.

They always follow up and check on how our dogs are doing after illnesses and check-ups. They've been so compassionate when we've had to make end-of-life decisions. Highly recommend this clinic.”
“I came in to get a second opinion for my senior cat. She's been having a lot of breathing issues due to congestion. So much so, that i could hear her from a different room. I just wanted her to be more comfortable if that was possible. The Dr. was very up front, and gave me options. One of which was steroids. I know they're not a cure, but Husker was a completely different cat the next day. Thank you, so much.”

“Millard West has been my vet for nearly 20 years. Dr. Matt was very compassionate when we had to put my dog Xavier to sleep He was helpful when I called late about my other dog who had cancer and passed the next day after his long battle. He helped me work through geriatrics and finally end of life with my cat. He gave great care with my new puppies that came after that and another cat. He has supported me after I started my dog training business (FidelityK9).
Everyone knows no business is perfect and no employee is going to represent a business as well as they should because we all have bad days but now that I started a dog training business 10 nearly 10 years ago I have found Millard vet care to be generally exceptional through all the years and countless client dogs and my staff dogs. I could go on and on about how Dr. Matt stayed late and saved the life of one of my staff dogs. Dr Scott was there for a compassionate and hard euthanasia of another staff dog. It's more important to understand that I was just a normal client when we first met. It wasn't until later that I became influential in a parallel industry and yet I have found good quality care from beginning to end.”
“I made my appointment online and there was a mix up with scheduling that’s the only reason it’s not a 5 star. Otherwise, check-in was smooth with an intern who was very friendly. We saw the Dr. unfortunately they weren’t able to help with my dogs heart murmur other than refer me to a cardiologist but the vet made several recommendations and Carla the tech was very pleasant.
They have a welcome board with all the pets names which is such a sweet touch!”

“They have been my vet for about 50 years. Dr. Wright's dad took care of my pets growing up and now the family legacy continues. They are always very attentive to my pet's needs and even tho I no longer live near Millard, I will still drive to one of their locations. They recently were able to get me in right away when I came home from vacation to a sick dog and I am grateful for that.”
