“Highly recommend for pups scared of the vet. Mine is 18 mo old & vet visits give him severe anxiety while we are there, which then he acts out. Our first experience was amazing. Lindsey & Dr McManigal were phenomenal with my pup. They weren't scared when he growled or snapped, worked to ease him into the appt and make sure it was a positive one. Sat down & came up with a plan to keep his visit positive and not push. Definitely worth a drive across town!”

“Dr. Porter is great! I first visited 2 weeks ago thinking I was going to have to put my 13.5 year old chihuahua mix down. After 2 visits that week, she started turning around. The following tuesday, he followed up with a phone call to check on her. By then, she was being her usual bossy self! We returned today for an allergy shot and nail trim. He trimmed her nails without muzzling her, which has been accomlished by no one ever! I am so glad we found Dr. Porter!”

“I’d give Dr. Kendra May and the team at Skyline more than 5 stars if I could. The care they provided our dog, Sadie, over the years was unbelievable. Dr. May was always incredibly gentle and kind, both in her words to us and in the care she gave Sadie. She always made time for her, even when her schedule was full. A few years ago, around the time our son was born, Sadie developed serious thyroid complications. Dr. May personally made sure she was looked after, received the fluids and care she needed, and ultimately correctly diagnosed the issue. Because of that care, Sadie got another 2+ years with us. That time allowed our son to know her, love her, and develop a special bond with her that our family will cherish forever. Sadie lived a long, happy life for 13.5 years, and we are incredibly grateful to Dr. May for the role she played in giving us that time with her. Even at the very end, Dr. May was there for us. She consulted with us, treated Sadie with so much compassion and dignity, and helped us feel at ease during the hardest goodbye of my life. We will always be grateful for Dr. May and the entire Skyline team. They didn’t just care for our dog, they cared for our family.”

“Friday night we discovered our little doggy had an abscess but had to wait till Monday for him to get treatment (of course things like this happen when normal vets have closed).We took him to a separate ER vet Friday who just could give him meds to make him comfortable over the weekend. At 5 AM Monday the abscess burst. As soon as we called Harvey Oaks animal hospital they got us in and did surgery that same day to help him. I feel like they saved his precious little life and I am so grateful! The male doctor was very thorough with the follow up from post op and even went into what to look for if he needed to come back in and potential course of action in case of needed follow up. I also was expecting the surgery to cost a lot more but it cost less than what we paid at the ER vet to just give him a couple meds for comfort.”

“I have seen 2 of the Vets at this Clinic, and all of the Techs at some point. I have really liked all of them for quite a few reasons. The main ones being: 1) How well they have treated and taken great care with all 3 of my current animals. 2) How thoroughly they answered the plethora of questions that I had. 3) The one and only time that I needed to give critical feedback, the Doctor listened, and did not get defensive at all. We had a professional and productive conversation, which is exactly what I expect as adults that are focused on optimal care for my, or any animals. 4) Most importantly of all, I can tell that every single person that works there, totally adores animals, and does their absolute best to take care of them. Even when it may be an unpleasant procedure such as drawing blood or SQ fluids, they make it as pleasant and quick as possible. This isn't my first rodeo with animals and Vet care, and I can't ask for more than the aforementioned points. I know Pros when I see them, and therefore, I highly recommend this Clinic.”

“We are so grateful for the care we received from Dr. Scott and his veterinary clinic during one of the hardest experiences our family has faced. We came to the clinic after what felt like every test in the book trying to figure out what was wrong with our sweet cat, Leo. Dr. Scott took the time to sit with us, explain all of the previous testing in simple, understandable terms, and walk us through Leo’s X-rays. The prognosis was not what we had hoped for, but we were thankful to finally have answers. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Scott was compassionate, patient, and incredibly kind. When it was time to let our little Leo go, he gave us space, allowed our entire family to be present, and treated both Leo and our family with such tenderness and dignity. He was gracious, gentle, efficient, and generous with his time and care. Losing Leo was heartbreaking, but Dr. Scott and his team made the experience as peaceful and healing as it could possibly be. We truly cannot recommend this clinic enough! As one final act of kindness, a sweet card arrived at our home afterward with Leo’s footprints inside. It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant more to us than they will ever know. We will forever be grateful for the compassion and care we received during Leo’s final days. Thank you Dr. Scott!”

“This is a hard review to write but only because I am so thankful for Goodrich Vet and my time with them has come to an end. I have taken my dog Charlie to Goodrich since he was a puppy. In the last few years a lot of a changes have happened, new faces in and out and we almost made the choice to leave. I am so glad I didn't because we would have never met Dr. Hanson. She came to Goodrich when Charlie was already deep into his health issues and handled him with so much care and always made me feel like I knew exactly what was going on. It felt so good to have someone I felt like I trusted and honestly cared about Charlie's well-being. My Charlie was such a stinker but she was so good to him. I unfortunately had to say goodbye to my best friend last week after his battle with heart failure but knew he was in good hands. Thank you for everything Dr. Hanson. Liz and Taylor, thank you for always being so great to Charlie even when he probably wasn't being the same back. Taylor, I will never forget the love you showed Charlie on his final day. Adreal, thank you for being so kind on the worst day of my life. I would recommend this Goodrich team to anyone. Thank you all”

“We have been to a handful of different vets and this is by far the best one. My lab is always so excited to go. We usually see Dr. Morgan and he always explains everything he is doing. The other vets here are also great. Prices are reasonable and they don't try to sell you anything you don't need. I also board my chihuahua here anytime I leave town and would recommend their boarding as well. We've been going to Dr. Morgan for about 6 years and I have never been unhappy with a visit.”
