Very accommodating and friendly. Saw us immediately and pushed her lunch out to help us. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I quite literally would never take my cats back to this vet again. Some of the vets? Just fine. Very kind. But the front desk ladies and some of the staff?? I have never dealt with such rude, disregarding people in my life. If you don’t want to deal with pet/people and their issues, don’t work somewhere where you have to.I took my cats to get spade at their 6/7 month mark, and one of them was fine. Up until this point, the different vets were great for my cats’ vaccines and check ups. I’d only dealt with a couple and apparently didn’t know what I was getting myself into. The staff weren’t super friendly when I brought my cats in for their surgery, but whatever. It was a Monday, but that should have been my first sign. My one cat came home with super jagged and bumpy stitches. Not surprisingly, that cat’s stitches opened up. I brought her in early that next morning, and they told me they would put her under again and staple her up because it must have been an lallergic reaction.” I had no reason to doubt this, but I will tell you her stitches looked messy from the jump. Then they “forgot” to let me know when she was done, even when I called twice later in the day. Okay, you get busy. I get it.When I go to get her the lady at the front desk was confused that there weren’t any charges. She goes back to double check and tells me how “lucky I am that they’ve been waived, because I should be paying at least $100.” I take my cat home, but they don’t give me any pain killers. I ask, and they say my cat doesn’t need any. She’ll be fine.My cat was CLEARLY in pain. She’s very vocal and the friendliest cat you’ll ever meet, and it was clear she was suffering. I give it a couple days, to see if she’ll come out of it. It only got worse. I call and let them know, and they say she’s fine because the staples are only in the top layers of skin.Anyways, I end up taking my cat in again a couple days after THAT because she had an accident and then fell in it… and if you could have watched it was the saddest most concerning thing ever. The vet was super friendly and equally as concerned, but not before the on-call lady HUNG UP ON ME that Sunday. She kept asking, “Is it actually an emergency??” Then almost a week later, they give me pain killers for her. This is also when one of the vets tells me she wasn’t put under for the staples. They keep her for two nights this time, and this is when she comes back just totally afraid of strangers. This is a cat who used to run to the door with new people like a dog. Super social and friendly. When I went to pick her up again, one of the staff says my cat is acting out to “get back at me and that all cats are just like that.” Maybe HER cats are like that, but mine have never been afraid of people or hissed at humans ONCE before this whole debacle. This is also the same woman who told me that “if my cats die, it’s on me” after I didn’t do the extra testing that I was told by someone else at the clinic wasn’t necessary at this point.I will quite literally never go to this vet again lol. 1. for my poor cat’s experience and 2. for my experience with at least 3 of the staff.I know not all the vets there are like this, but I’ve seen other reviews of just bizarre accounts of rudeness and lack of communication. If you’ve read this far, I hope you go somewhere else for your vet visits.

Clean organized place. Seem to always be a little bit of a wait in the room before a vet comes in. They take pretty good care of us.

IF THERE WAS A ZERO OPTION I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN IT INSTEAD OF 1 STAR!! FRONT DESK EMPLOYEE MOLLY WAS DISGUSTINGLY RUDE TO ME WHEN I CALLED ABOUT OUR BELOVED DOG'S REMAINS THAT WERE RETURNED TO US ONLY TO BE MORTIFIED AT THE SIGHT OF THE ASHES, THERE WERE EXTREMELY LARGE CHUNKY PIECES THAT WERE JET BLACK ( UNLIKE ANY ASHES I'VE SEEN BEFORE) I CALLED NUMEROUS CREMATORIUMS IN AND OUT OF THE STATE OF NEBRASKA ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THE CREMATION PROCESS WAS NOT DONE RIGHT ( THE ASHES WERE TAKEN OUT TOO SOON, THE BLACK CHUNKS WERE A RESULT OF UNBURNED CARBON ) ALSO THERE WAS A GOOD SIZE CHUNK OF A PIECE OF BONE THAT WAS STILL PINK. I ASKED MOLLY WHY THIS HAPPENED,SHE SNAPPED AT ME AND SAID "ALL OUR CREMATION ASHES ARE LIKE THAT" I EXPLAINED THAT I HAD 2 OTHER DOGS CREMATED AT THEIR OFFICE AND 2 OTHER DOGS ASHES AND THEY WERE ALL WHITISH GREY AND SOMEWHAT OF A POWDERY CONSISTENCY, MOLLY PROCEEDED TO DENY I HAD OTHER DOGS CREMATED AT THEIR FACILITY AND AFTER ASKING HER REPEATEDLY WHY THIS HAPPENED SHE ( MOLLY) SAID AND I QUOTE " YOU CAN BRING WEBBIE BACK UP HERE AND I'LL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO BURN HER OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN UNTIL YOU'RE HAPPY WITH THE COLOR OF THE ASHES BUT YOU'LL BE CHARGED FOR ANOTHER CREMATION" I CAN'T BELIEVE SHE SAID THAT TO ME, SHE OBVIOUSLY IS A HEARTLESS, UNSYMPATHETIC, RUDE AND ABSOLUTELY HORRID SORRY EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING!!! SHE NEEDS TO CHANGE PROFESSIONS!!!! I ADVISE NOT TAKING ANY CREATURE TO THIS VETERINARIANS OFFICE BECAUSE SHE ( MOLLY ) IS THE FIRST AND LAST PERSON YOU WILL HAVE TO SEE AND SPEAK WITH AT THIS CLINIC!! THIS EXPERIENCE HAS ONLY ADDED MORE TRAUMA, STRESS AND HEARTACHE TO WHAT OUR FAMILY HAS ALREADY BEEN GOING THROUGH BY LOSING OUR BELOVED LITTLE GIRL WEBBIE, MAY SHE REST IN PEACE, AND MAY MOLLY BURN IN HELL!!!!!

November 2022 by Jacinda Gerdes
The Gerdes family would like to say thank you to Animal Clinic, especially Dr. Hegemann and Ashley. We came in with our cat Major last night, very late, after 11 p.m. with no clue what was wrong with him, other than something was very off. They did a very thorough exam and concluded he had a saddle thrombus that was extremely painful to him and paralyzed his back half. We made the difficult decision to put him out of his pain. The doctor and Ashley were extremely kind and compassionate to my husband and I and our 6 year old son, even though it was now after midnight. They allowed us to say our goodbyes and never rushed us. They let my husband be with Major when he crossed the rainbow Bridge so he knew he was loved until the very end. Ashley asked our son what his favorite color was so she could do Major's paw memorial with that color. Their kindness and compassion they showed to us and to Major in his last moments mean the world to us.Additionally, a year and half ago our black lab, Ruger, was hit by a car. We rushed him to Animal Clinic, once again after hours. Dr. Obermiller did everything to help him until he subcommed to his injuries. Once again, extreme kindness and compassion was shown to our family - human and furry.I wanted to share our deepest gratitude for these staff members and for the clinic as a whole. Thank you Animal Clinic.

I have been taking my cats here for a few years. ALWAYS amazing staff! They make me feel like I am heard and my pets are cared for. I called late last night for my cat being sick. The vet came in early to meet with us the next morning after discussing things on the phone with me to help get him better. Thank you for being so great with my babies!
