“During a recent cold snap my truck battery died. I called AutoZone & spoke with Jason about what battery would be best. I asked him if someone would be able to install the new battery. He told me that would be no problem. I traveled up to Hastings from Kansas. Jason had my new battery ready to go. He immediately got bundled up and went out into the below freezing cold. The truck had previously had a snow plow installed, and the power plug was still attached to the battery posts. I asked Jason if he could disconnect them. He happily went about it, and put the power leads out of the way. And he zip tied some other LED wiring so it was neatly arranged. I was in & out in less than 25 minutes. Jason is an asset to this AutoZone, and to the Hastings community. Job well done.”
