Bought a pair of shoes for my son today at Browns Shoes in Hastings. The shoe salesman, Tim, was exceptional! He knew everything about every model of shoe, and even twirled the shoehorn like a pro. The owner Sam is great also. Plus, their selection was great. Definitely worth the trip downtown rather than going online!

I bought a pair of Birkenstocks a couple of weeks ago. During my first week of wear, I noticed that they were rubbing in one spot. They were able to fix it and now they are much more comfortable. I appreciate the time they took to help resolve this issue!
