Burlington Village Laundry offers a unique program providing free laundry supplies and services to those in need. However, the facility's condition is a concern, as machines are frequently out of order, and the restrooms lack basic amenities. Despite these issues, the staff's kindness and generosity are noteworthy. Customers have mentioned the need to address the broken machines and the poor parking situation, which has caused damage to some vehicles. On a positive note, the tanning beds are well-maintained, and the staff, particularly the manager Cindy, are praised for their friendly and attentive service.
Drop-off wash-and-fold service: $2 a pound. Pretty expensive, but I guess the small town does that cuz they have it monopolized. Texas: one dollar a pound.

I'm not from the area so I don't know what the expectation here is but I found it less than desirable that I had to purchase a card to use the equipment and if I didn't use all of the amount on the card there was no way to get it back.

Machines do a decent job washing and drying clothes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
