Another satisfying experience with Computer Hardware Hastings. We purchased a new iMac. Barb spent hours transferring most everything from our old iMac, including our treasured photos. The experienced staff is the biggest asset, as they know their customers by name from their work and in the community. You can trust they will give you the best advice. I went in to get more storage on my laptop, get it backed up, and upgrade the operating system. They had my computer for five hours, erased one file, and charged me $110 to download Mojave from the app store... I could have done this myself in 2 minutes. The external hard drive I brought in remained untouched. My disk is still full. F minus.
