This is totally what I needed to push me to get the most out of my workouts. Fitness Escape provides an encouraging atmosphere, and everyone is supportive of each other. Jacque makes everything fun, too! You really need to check this out!

Fitness Escape is a "Workout Smarter Not Harder" gym! We offer a Personal Training experience in a small group setting.
"Forward Fusion" is a workout specifically designed to burn up to 500 calories in 1hr. The amazing thing about this workout is that no matter your age or fitness level, this workout can and will work for you!
