The gym is always clean, with great space and enough equipment for everyone. It provides 24/7 open gym access, group classes at different times, and workouts like "Forward Fusion" designed to burn calories for all fitness levels. The classes feel like personal training. Services also include personal training, nutrition consulting, an InBody scan, and an infrared sauna. The owner is knowledgeable, fantastic, and there to guide everyone on their health and wellness journey. It is highly recommended as the best gym in town.

Very welcoming and friendly environment! Jacque is there to guide you along the way no matter where you are starting out in your fitness journey. There are group classes you can join with different times of the day to adjust to your schedule and there is also the 24/7 open gym side as well. Highly recommended!!
