The site is pretty easy to use and I was able to find the different prescriptions I needed. Once I had my refills on file, re-ordering after my pet's procedure was quick and simple. I was really impressed when their team included a personalized note with my prescription wishing my pet well with his upcoming heartworm procedure--I guess they actually took the time to read the notes from my vet, which was really sweet. I'll definitely order again.

So frustrating, avoid this place at all costs. I gave them so many tries because they were good at first. Multiple times my order was wrong, or never showed up, or I was charged twice, or multiple calls never returned. I can't take it anymore and I don't even trust them to make the medications correctly at this point with how poorly they are run, so I'm not even giving my cat the latest bottle of meds that showed up a month late. Switching pharmacies today.

I was desperate for a medication for my dog and my vet said it would be faster if she gave me a Rx and I ordered it on my own than wait for them to order and get it delivered to the office. Amy and the rest of the VetApproved/Heartland team went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get my dog's medication overnight, even helping me to secure an overnight Saturday delivery (yes this costs extra but absolutely worth it). The vet's office was acting with 0 urgency to get my Rx sent over to the pharmacy, even after I begged them for hours to send it ASAP. Amy stayed on the phone with me until she and her team could get a hold of my vet's office to secure the Rx and get the medication filled and packaged within minutes of FedEx arriving for package pick-up. Without their help, I would not have received my dog's medication for another 5 days due to the holiday weekend. They are amazing and I would recommend this pharmacy any day!

If I could give more stars, I would. We moved to another state where my dogs prescription was much more expensive, so we went online searching for her medication. Knowing that it must be refrigerated, we were concerned about it being shipped. All the fears were eliminated when it arrived and we saw the care taken to ensure that it stayed refrigerated in transit. The ice packs inside the surprise were still frozen!! So impressed with your customer service.

I have ordered here multiple times and my dog has gone days without his medication because their shipping is so slow. It took multiple attempts to get ahold of a real person and by the time I did they weren’t able to do anything and just blamed the issue on shipping. I am changing to a different pharmacy moving forward.

This is the worst online pet pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. I sent customer service an email requesting information on my order. I received a robot auto reply immediately, but never got a real response to my inquiry from a human being. Customer service here is nonexistent My order finally shipped, so at least I will eventually receive my order. If your order is time sensitive / urgent, I strongly suggest using another pharmacy. There are plenty more out there who do better than these guys. This is my last order with Heartland.

The response from Mintha, the business owner, was just a copy of the email that was sent to me from her employee, Nicki. I did respond that the MATH was incorrect from what charge was processed $192.58, what was refunded $96.38, and what my invoice said I was supposed to be charged, $85.59 was short $10.61 and that I would accept the 6 months of Tri-Heart PLUS minus the $10.61 that was shorted as an acceptable alternative to the wrong Medication being sent in the first place.

I ordered through Heartland Veterinary Supply for several years. My beautiful 15 year old Brandy passed away 3 months ago. In the days and weeks to follow, it was very upsetting to receive the frequent text messages containing coupon codes from Heartland. I called them a little over a month ago to notify them of Brandy's passing so they could note/close out our account and asked if they would please cancel the texts. The woman who answered was very curt in her response, did not even acknowledge the loss. Her lack of empathy took me by surprise. I continued to receive text messages, sometimes three in a week's time. Today I decided to call again to explain the situation. I was told "just reply stop and you won't get them any more " again with no regard or expression of empathy. They really should consider changing their name....there is absolutely no heart whatsoever in this company. A caring business would say something like "we're sorry to hear this"....followed by~ "we can absolutely remove your name" or "we are unable to do this on our end but if you reply stop....." or anything else for that matter. The only reason I am giving even one star in my rating is because of their reasonable pricing. I was able to fill all but one of the prescriptions that my girl required twice a day and appreciated the savings. However, if I were ever to have another furbaby I would NEVER purchase from them again. Nor would I recommend a business who will gladly take your money but can't find it in their hearts to offer a word of condolence. Their lack of sensitivity is very disheartening.

I always receive my order, but sometimes there’s a lag between them calling my vet. My fat is not always as fast as I would like him to respond back so sometimes I just have to be patient and wait for him to do a second time I can be annoying, but everything goes through and I can receive my order and stuff, I think they do good just had some time to be patient .

Horrible customer service I put in an order. Weeks go by no shipping confirmation I call and they so it will be shipped in two months!!! Crazy they couldn't have called and told me. A month later and I have still yet to receive my refund
