The first time I tried this place went well! I had an older gentleman who did my pedicure and was so nice and so attentive on giving me a pedicure. An older lady came over and did the painting part, she did a nice job but language barrier with was for sure an issue! This was September 2nd, so on a Saturday in the afternoon.Second time going here was not good at all! October 21st, at 10am, my friend and I show up to our appointment on time, walked into the place and nobody seemed like they were in a hurry to do our pedicures. Also I called on Friday to make the appointment for us for Saturday. Anyway we were sat down at the chairs and they started to run water, then we put our feet in for maybe 5 minutes we didn’t get to soak at all before they started working on our feet.My friends pedicure was done by a younger gal that was obsessed with her phone. At one point she went outside to talk to a friend in the middle of her pedicure. After the worker had sat down to do the service she continuously stopped to pick up her phone, every 2 minutes. At times where she was not on her phone, she was still looking at it since she had it on the side table. While she was “massaging” my leg it was minimal massaging rather it was just her lightly touching my leg as she put lotion on. I bite my tongue for a while but I was quickly getting annoyed about her being on her phone. I simply asked if she could get off her phone and she did but then became very rude and sassy and did an awful job at finishing the service.My pedicure which was done by an older lady, was very rushed I paid for the basic package not the rush package! There was only one lady in there after we sat down, so not like they were swamped. In addition, her work attire was very inappropriate, her whole chest and stomach were able to be seen by a glance. The communication barrier was an issue again as I asked for more orange glitter than red, so I end up with more red glitter anyway. My fall leaf design is ok I guess. Over all we will be going somewhere else for now on.

Asked for the 30 dollar pack ended up the 40 dollar. Acted like it was a language barrier problem, but spoke English at first. A clip joint. Lol ?probably won’t go back.Service: Pedicure

I have gotten 2 full sets from them before and was not impressed with the services I received. They over trimmed my and left them sore for days after both times. I only went back after the first time because I’m thinking maybe it was just the lady who did them that time. And when I went back I got someone else to do them and same problem happened. So I started going somewhere else.Well today the shop I usually use was pretty busy and I just wanted to get a full set to kill time while waiting for my son to finish at his event. This shop is down the street from the event so I decided to stop in and see if they could do a simple full set (no polish or design)and was just going to request my cuticles not be trimmed. I could see that they were a little busy as there were multiple cars on the lot, a couple of people waiting inside and 3 ladies in the car. So I asked how long is the wait for a full set? The lady was very rude and told me, “We’re busy. Come back later.” And then proceed to just go back to what she was doing. It’s true what they say that it’s not what you say but how you say it. This did not address my question of how long the wait was and came off as my business was not welcomed or wanted. So I will not “come back later”. The services are already mediocre and then to be treated so rudely for simply asking a wait time is just not okay. I will go back to where my business is appreciated.Service: Acrylic nails

We had went in just 3 of us ladies and I waited my self well over 30 minutes with my toes in the water just to have my toes look horrible. I waited over 1 hour to get my nails done. They were soaking in acetone the whole hour then to have my nails different shapes and different lengths. Not happy at all!Service: Nail art

Did a great job for my mother with Parkinson and I enjoyed the massage but the gal who painted my toes painted them so fast she didn't even cover the whole nail! Not impressed.

I had my nails done with dip powder last Tuesday. it has been less than a week. For reference, a dip powder usually last between three and four weeks for me. I usually have to take it off because it's so outgrown, but not because anything is chipped or broken. When I went in to the salon there was only one employee working and there was one other person having her nails done. The employee had me sit down and I had to wait quite some time which is fine, but then she was switching back and forth between me and the other client to get our nails done. She was not washing her hands between clients, either. This resulted in a service that usually takes about 30 minutes to take an hour and 15 minutes. The next day one of the nails chipped. I went back on Friday and had it fixed and it I had to wait spending an hour in the salon. Over the weekend one of my nails chipped again and another nail cracked. Typically when I have a dip powder manicure it costs between $35 and $40. This service cost $50 and I gave a $5 tip. I would expect much greater quality with the amount of money that I spent. I also was confused on why I was charged so much as the price listing had a lesser amount than what I was charged. I went back today to try to remedy the situation. The salon was full and it did not look like I was going to be able to have the chipped and broken nails fixed at that time. I asked the lady if I could just get my money back and that I did not want to have my nails fixed. She said that she could give me half of my money back. At that time another employee came up and asked me what the issue was. I told her what happened and she said well I can fix it for you. I told her I don't want it fixed, I don't have time to wait, I've already spent two hours in the salon I would just like my money back and half of my money back would be fine. She said no we can't give you your money back, we do not do that. I won't come back.
