Internet issue still unresolved & we live out in the country. My son has unfinished homework for school and Windstream won't be back until Thursday foe a second time or try. Why can't peps do their job right now days. I just don't understand.

2 different sales people guaranteed me 100mb up and down. What I actually get is 35 down and 7 up at most. Tech told me that is just the way it is. Sales completely lied or tech didn't want to investigate. They also charged me $64 to have the tech take a picture of the modem left by the previous owner and assign it to my account even though i asked a week ago if i could do that. Complete rip off. Terrible customer service

All of the repair techs were very good. Kris was the 3rd one and was very knowledgeable. He showed and explained the issue and was going to report the problem. Appreciate what he did. We were having constant connectivity issues. I haven't had it happen since he was here.

The technician was very respectful and kind. He went right to work answering all my questions. He also helped me onto the site to manage my account such as change my password. The maintenance man of my building even commented how pleasant the technician was. Thanks guys. My only concern was the cost for internet was very high at $74.00 with a $25.00 discount. I didn't want any phone servise as i use my cell. The customer service representative Ron insured me it was cheaper for me. That puts you guys way over your competitors. My head almost exploded ?. I will be calling back to make sure I got the right service.
