I arrived at Nebraska cold storage at 7 AM got checked in at 7 AM for delivery appointment at 8 AM when I called to get checked in they gave me a door I got unloaded I had bills in hand and less than 45 minutes can’t get any better than thatthat’s why I gave him five stars maybe a small place to deliver pick up but they have plenty of room for you to get straight with the door that they are putting you in courtesy employees I wish there were a lot more places like this in the world

Here they load according to an incomprehensible system, some trucks load quickly, some stand waiting for 4-6 hours, because the cargo is not ready. The problem is that they do not take into account the driver's DOT logbook, this creates great inconvenience for the delivery of products to the destination at the appointed time. The first time I loaded here I encountered this problem but did not attach importance to it, and when I came the second time and encountered this problem the second time I decided to leave my comment. They should assign an appointment for the time when the cargo is ready for shipment or the broker should pay extra

Checked in 12:15pm for 3pm appointment. And out at 6:20pm. So that means don’t come early , and of course you will wait even if you come on your appointment time. Also they load you very unprofessional . Basically they just put empty pallets inside trailer and throw out boxes on top of pallets. And wrap only top part of pallets. Whatever happens at bottom, they don’t care. Very slow workers. If you have chance to cancel load , then cancel it. If not, expect long wait time and unprofessional job done.

Checked in at 9:30am for a 1:00pm appointment was told load wasn't done being picked yet. So at 1pm Called to check status they working on it still not to mention truck's pulling up after me was getting loaded and gone. Took a nap woke up still no call to get a door at 6pm and the very last truck waiting finally get told to go to a door.don't normally say race play a part but in this case I think it did only black driver and got loaded last out of all other truckers that I checked in before of BEWEAR I don't think it's a coincidence. Got a whole 10 hour reset at this place smh🤬🤬🤬🤬

Really nice people here. Park along the street. Nobody will bother you. Sometimes they are fast, sometimes they are super slow. It all depends on if the workers show up to work to pick your order.

You are not allowed to park here, even if there are a lot of empty parking spaces. Was told to park somewhere on the street.People are nice and polite.
