Dave is always there to greet us, and goes out of his way to come and talk to us and help us find anything we need. He remembers who you are and that's pretty neat. Dave is such an asset to TS. We will be going there alot more often.”

I was really impressed when their team included a personalized note with my prescription wishing my pet well with his upcoming heartworm procedure--I guess they actually took the time to read the notes from my vet, which was really sweet. “We get all our pets from here ***Adoption fees are approximately $120 (expect to spend about $160 After all their fees, taxes, etc.) By law pets have to be spayed and neutered so you adopt them that way which is a nice benefit! They also treat the animals with Revolution for fleas, and make sure they are up to date on their vaccinations. The only thing you'll need to get is their Rabies shot depending on the age I'm assuming not sure if they provide that after so long being there or age? When you get the Rabies shot just show them a copy and you'll get $25 back which is nice. Also, if you want them declawed you'll have to do that yourself and you'll have to keep up their vaccinations and flea treatments as well. ***If you have OTHER PETS, AND OR CHILDREN, you'll have to bring them in for a meet and greet before you can adopt them and take them home to make sure they're a good match. I would call and set up a time for this before showing up with your pets. I WOULD ALSO SUGGEST RESEARCHING THE PET YOU'RE WANTING SO YOU'LL KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU TAKE THEM HOME!!! Please do not just buy your children pets for the holidays, treat them like your children, you can't return them just because you don't like the things they do, or they didn't turn out like you expected :-) Redirect and hope they grow out of this phase! ***As far as the staff goes, I wish they were a little bit more friendly, and customer service oriented. We stood in front of the cat room for quite some time, before they let us know what we could do or how to go about seeing the animals. Your average time there will be about an hour.”
