When we go in we always experience great customer service. Alex and Michael moved our couch and coffee table in the snow and cold. They were very nice and efficient. Great job!

Great people. The delivery guys were very friendly, respectful, and did an exceptional job bringing the washer and dryer in. They have a policy to test the washer before they leave. When they tested the washer, they discovered the drain in the home is backed up. Water went all over the floor and the young men cleaned up all the water before they left. They didn't have to do that. If they hadn't tested the washer that would have been a big mess because I was planning on starting a load of laundry and running to the store. Other rental companies do not have this policy. They set up the produce and leave without ensure everything works properly. I will be renting more items from them. Thank you Premier.

Great experience, fast delivery even removed my old appliance without any problems. All around great customer service! Would definitely recommend these guys they’re all great to work with!! ☺️☺️

Long time customer...love these guys...always came through when I needed them most. Drivers were courteous and hard workers. Would hire them myself. God Bless Guys!

The delivery team was amazing they ignored our little dog barking at them and let my daughter "supervise" as she likes to call it as they set up our new mattress. Awesome job guys you are amazing. Thank you so much

This place is awesome. They were extremely helpful when I went in and very friendly. They even called me a few days later to see how I was doing with my new laptop! I have to give Ana a huge shout out for the call and when I went in being so kind and keeping a smile on her face. Felt very welcomed in this store.
