Been to the store three times to get help with intermittent internet service. Best I can get is a phone number for an automated assistant. A few years ago this was the best service out there. Now? Not so much. Shopping for a new provider.

Terrible business that takes advantage of elderly and insanely over charging customers for low quality products with terrible speeds very slow unreliable service I do not recommend also customer service is a joke! And if you want someone to come to your home for anything you will have to wait several days… go with allo you will not regret it

We had a great experience at the Hastings Spectrum store today. Plenty of staff who all engaged with us. Got answers to our questions and upgraded to unlimited data on one of our two phones. They updated our account, new password, the works. Fun group. Great experience. Highly recommended.

First they sold me a phone that they knew was a piece of junk and secondly I tried to go trade it in which I still owe $150 on a piece of junk and they said that I couldn't trade it in until after 8 months now why would they sell me a phone that they knew was a piece of junk to begin with if I could give them zero Stars I would do not go to spectrum mobile because they are a joke

Horrible service. Ordered a phone and paid for it then it got lost in the mail and no one in store would be any help to me or call for me. Once I finally got the phone, they said they couldn’t activate it because my account had been canceled but it was up to me to ship the phone back. Personal hygiene was also not a priority for the employees. Just go across the parking lot to US cellular. They are way better and actually know what they are talking about.

I ordered cell phone service and internet serbice online where i was told i could pick up my modems and sim card! However they wanted more money to recieve what i already paid for and the girl was rude by trying to talk over me andvdisrespectful for trying to talk diwn to me like i couldnt comprehend what she was saying! She should have been reported but i got so frustrated i canceled everything cause that promotional stuff is a scam to sell you more stuff and the girl really needs some manors classes and training! Im goingvto kinetic!!!

They honestly don't deserve even 1 star as a review! A salesman came to my door trying to get me to sign up for Charter & I told him I wasn't interested. The next day there is a package at my door with equipment that he authorized for WITHOUT my permission which I'm pretty sure is illegal. Needless to say I will NEVER do business with this company. What a horrible experience.

I never gave permission to the salesman to sign me up for services & somehow he authorized an account under my name & sent equipment to my house. They lost my business & I am now going to the competitor ?

I want to return the unopened box of equipment as doing the math, Spectrum costs more once I got the detailed info in an email. I just wanted the hours for the store to make the return, but their ducking computer only wanted to send me a link for location. I don't have a smart phone! I will try again and make them pick it up. They can eat a bag of ducks.

Dan came out to do a service visit at my 91 year old Aunts house today. Not only was he off putting, he also disrespected my mother by being rude and brushing her off when she had the most simple of questions. The main reason why he came out was to set up a phone so my elderly aunt has access to a phone. He basically was refusing to do the work. And said well since it’s a cordless phone my 91 year old aunt can carry around the 1 phone and doesn’t need two phones. After we got him to agree to set up two phones he wanted to place it where she can not reach the phone base and said since it’s cordless she can just deal with and carry it around. After he finally did the job he slammed everything around including the front door. And then proceeded to peel out of our parking area and left without saying anything. I am so disappointed and feel so disrespected for the treatment my family received.
