I do not know how to delete my review, but I am so embarrassed because my daughter wrote the original one star bad review. I appreciate the establishment, and I had a lot of instructions when our gal was cutting my son's hair. She followed them, so if there is anything wrong with his hair it is because she was just trying to do what I asked. Thank you and sincere apologies. If anyone knows how to delete your own review, let me know. Thanks!

As a former Super Cuts employee and hairstylist of 12 years I am disappointed. I went in for a simple shampoo, blow dry and style. My hair wasn’t brushed before starting. The stylist didn’t even get all my hair wet during the shampoo. It was then not brushed back at the station. The blow dry was fine until she told me she was going to get a hot tool, my hair was still wet in several places and I was concerned. Time then became an issue for me as I had to leave and asked her to at least finish drying my hair. I was then charged for a tea tree experience, which I 1 didn’t ask for and 2 to my knowledge is supposed to be a scalp massage treatment. I paid and left, honestly surprised as to what had just happened.
