At the time of writing, my Grandmother has only been at The Kensington for about 2 weeks. But the entire process has been aided greatly by Sara.
She has gone out of her way to make sure that we were kept informed and answered any questions we had during the process.

The staff are attentive and caring. The Memory Unit individualizes my mother’s care- the staff knows her habits, and likes and dislikes. They did a lovely job setting up for my mother’s birthday celebration. I appreciate their caring so much!

Our family is so happy to have our loved one at the Kensington. There is great care, clean, lots of personal attention, we appreciate the staff especially Meghan, Sissy and Levi. When we are visiting they make us all feel like family.
