Owner was not very well on communication. He would not do as I requested did not give many options and did not abide by his words. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The guy who runs this place is a joke! He tells you one price then the next day he says its a totally different price. There is NEVER anybody at the lot. This place is completely ridiculous.

I am a property manager in Hastings and I use TriCity Towing for all my non resident vehicles that need towed from our parking lot. He always comes right away and has always been successful and quick!

Nice guy but my goodness, how can they charge so much for towing... It's like they don't want you to get your vehicle back.. Hmm???
