Had trouble transferring my information from old phone lost my photos (thankfully they are still on old phone) did not have case to fit sold me one they said will work but is is too large so buttons do not engaged when pushed called was assured they would call back waited two days no call. Needless to say not happy

Jennifer was a pleasure to work with! I came in at 7:30 pm after work and they close at 8:00pm. She greeted us with a great attitude and helped me select a new phone Galaxy21 Ultra and she was very knowledgeable and polite. You need to give this young lady a raise!
