“I have never left a review on line, but I felt it necessary to do so for those of you who may be contemplating buying a Corvair from Chris Shade. Especially those who are not able or unwilling to travel to Nebraska to inspect the car in person. The latter being my case. Have no doubts, Chris will do well by you and he will go the extra mile to see he delivers the finest product he can, what he calls a “good driver”, for a decade’s old car. Chris will even help you to arrange to have the car transported.
I have never bought or owned a classic car and Chris made the process so easy. His knowledge of the Corvair is impressive (along with his mechanic right hand man Mitch) and he has an excellent on-line reputation within the Corvair community.
