USPS is convenient for your everyday mailing needs. They are efficient and deliver in a timely manner. Customer service is always helpful and very courteous. They go above and beyond many times for helping others. I appreciate my postal worker!

Mail wasn’t delivered on Saturday. Checked my email and says “available for pickup” so I go in Monday morning and show her. Lady asks for address, I tell her but I also ask her to check for tracking. She tells me I just need your address. Walks back for only 11 seconds and comes back out and tells me I need to update my email because it’s not back there.Hasting postal service is a serious joke! Rude about them being wrong when clearly they know they are after being confronted with their own evidence from the tracking and emails….ZERO STARS

usually don’t do these reviews but i went in there today and asked about some of my package delivery issues and “Nicole” at the front desk talked to me like i was an idiot for explaining to her that my package is stuck in my mailbox and kept telling me i got scammed and had the worst attitude ever! then she pulled out my paperwork and then she comes out telling me it turns out my package is in my mailbox.

Went to buy a 5 sheets of additional ounce stamps and the rep at the counter said they had none at all. Offered me rolls of stamps. I have stamps, I need an additional ounce to be proper postage.You’re a post office and you’re out of additional ounce stamps on a Monday?

I mailed a box from Pennsylvania to Hastings and the tracking was not correct. Sara was so very helpful as well as very pleasant in resolving the issue!

The people who work there have rude attitudes. One lady was making fun of my hand writing ( which isn’t the best tbh ) and got frustrated at me when I didn’t respond to her as I was walking away. Having a terrible job is one thing but when you inflict that frustration onto innocent people, then that makes you a terrible person. The only positive I’ll give is that it’s the cheapest option, probably for obvious reasons.

Just letting you know the driver that sent package are lazy. They just put report no access to delivery location when my place is accessible whatsoever. Two times i wait there is no car coming and my tracking report said no access to delivery location.

A package of mine was sent to the wrong address. They went above and beyond to make sure the package got to me. And the guy who did it kept me updated every time the package moved during transit. He needs a raise!

These workers have always been really good when I mail things! I always get what I need quickly & efficiently! I know I can always count on them! I appreciate what they have done for me! I hope we never lose them. They really do care!
