The Walmarts in smaller towns seem to be in much better shape than their big city counterparts. This Walmart in Hastings is so clean, it seems to shine. We were in and out pretty fast, so we didn't interact with and of the employees there, but I overheard an interaction or two, and was surprised at how friendly and helpful everyone seemed to be.

Stopped by before going to a movie and grabbed a few snacks. Also found some cute plushes for my girlfriend. Store was very clean and clutter free.

Ladies at the front desk need an attitude check and the training on customer service. My wife went into get her wallet which she called and the manager confirmed was there before she got there. Acted like they couldn’t be bothered. You think Walmart would have a designated spot for that stuff

I don't like they are always moving items around. You can't find any employees that know where things have been moved to. Starting to be way over priced

Asked an associate if they had something in stock in a larger size and her handheld said that store didn't have any more in stock. We found them on a rack several minutes later and there were a lot of them. It's not the employee's fault but, if they're going to rely on the handhelds, then the handhelds should work properly.

The Walmart supercenter in Hastings Nebraska is generally your typical Walmart. Just like every Walmart it has lots of aisles for merchandise that you can buy. The one thing that set this Walmart out from the other is the really long lines in the checkout files. There are very limited amount of people who use the self checkout while I was there it was amazing how long the aisles were for human checkers.
