The people at this location are great ? The branch manger was very polite. Very Professional. It's the company and policies they have in corporate ARE terrible. Local Manager +7stars .. Wells Fargo -4stars= 3 star plus fees.

Wells Fargo was not cooperative with me. I had a financial aid check from my online college classes that needed to be cashed. I do not have an account with the bank, but the check was from Wells Fargo. In the past, I have cashed 2 separate financial aid checks at the drive-thru with no problem, as long as I gave them the proper identification. That was not the case this time. They would not let me cash the check at the drive-thru, despite being the exact same circumstances as my previous transactions. I even offered to take my identification up to the drive-thru window and get out of the car to show them it was me, but they still refused and told me that I needed to go inside. The reason for this refusal was that they lifted some Covid restrictions in their lobby. The pandemic is still raging on regardless of these lifted restrictions. I was concerned about going in because I have restrictive lung disease, and I wanted to limit my exposure to other people right now. They were still insistent on me going into the bank despite my concerns. It wasn't like there was a mask requirement in the lobby either. There were a number of people walking in without masks, so it would still be a risk going in. I drove a 2 1/2 hour round trip to get the check cashed, so it was upsetting to have them be so inflexible. They should try to be more cooperative with people who are needing their services. I'm very disappointed in this Wells Fargo bank, and after this negative experience, I would not even consider being one of their customers.

Horrible phone system, long waits and then it hung up upon me! Tried to call locally twice and no answer! Really need to review their customer service!!!

When trying to cash a check from First National Bank Omaha, from my son through their on line bill pay service, I was told that the check was not on the usual paper and they thought it was a fake. I was asked who the check was from, what it was for, none of which was anyone’s business but mine. After being a customer for 40 years at this bank, I resent being called a cheat. I asked twice to have them call FNBO to verify the check. Not sure if they did or not but after quite a wait I got my money. I had more than enough money in my accounts that they could have gotten their money back. Wondering if it isn’t time to change banks.
