Worst ever service, I continually get other peoples mail. I have been been returning to be redelivered. The post master is lazy about delivery or not paying attention. How do these people get hired for a govermental service being so incompetent?

Terribly rude everytime try and go in and figure out where our packages are cause they can't seem to deliver any bigger packages to address! Also got some family photos in mail! Envelope said specifically not to bend and they go and Bend it right in half!! Wish hickman location could get some staff that actually likes their job

In the last month we have had 6 packages, they claimed had been left in our mail box. 5 have been found and delivered. Now one is gone and they have no idea where it was delivered. We have been told they have changed routes but the scanning system does not match the changes. They clearly have issues with the systems and possibly the management of this location. Lived here going on 25 years and have not had this level of issues till now. Their only solution is to hold our packages at the location and we pick them up. Heres a solution, fix the system whether mechanical or personnel related. This is frustrating!

I get mistakes happen. And I'm totally okay with that. But when I tried calling to try and figure out where some of my packages were delivered to (because they were not in my mailbox like tracking said), I was met with complete rudness. She acted like I was being ridiculous for literally just asking if she knew where my packages were. And then for the icing on the cake, she thought she hung up but didn't and started complaining about me to her co-workers. Again, I wasn't upset about my package not being there. I felt inconvenienced sure. But it wasn't that big of a deal. But mistakes need to be fixed and acting like someone shouldn't be calling about a mistake is insane and terrible customer service.

Went to pick up a package that was dropped of there at 6:00 am Saturday morning and was told I can’t because it was delivered today and “the guy that sorts packages does not get there until 10:30 and they close at 10:00 “ she did give me a very sarcastic apology so there’s that guess I have to wait until Monday because she can’t be bothered to go get a 1lbs package out of the back!

Never getting my mail/packages, always getting other people's mail/packages. In the job description it says they will be required to lift 50-75lbs on occasion, but they can't be bothered with a 30lb bag of dog food, because it's "too heavy". I'm tired if doing their jobs for them without the pay.

I was absolutely devastated to move from Hickman, except for the fact I would not have to deal with this post office anymore. I almost never leave bad reviews because I know bad days happen. However, in my many trips/contact with this office they have never once had a good day. Everytime I speak with them I feel like I am absolutely ruining their day by just being alive. Recently I had some packages sent to my old address by mistake. I tried calling to catch them before they were delivered hoping to make it easier on everyone involved and was once again treated very rudely. Luckily the sender is able to send replacements to my correct address, and from now on I'll consider anything that goes through this post office as gone forever. It's been yearsof horrible service, i was hopeful they would make progress but it does not appear so.

Since Aug. 11 I have 17 receipts to date. That,s one every two business days. Most times I go straight to the window and I have never had more than two people in front of me. They know their business. I,m a happy camper.

HORRIBLE. That's all I got. I'm forever not getting my mail. Getting others people's mail and packages. It's ridiculous.
