Terrible will bend you over and charge you double break your vehicle went in to get an oil change get car back with 2 different alerts on have my buddy scan my vehicle finds nothing wrong.

The best Oil Change offered in Washington County, TX! No question. Thorough, Quality, Courteous & not the cheapest, but worth every penny.Service attendant "Thomas" is outstanding. He is actually one of the reasons I keep coming back.

So many problems. Said they checked cabin filter didn't, proves to them they didn't. Asked that tires be rotated front to back and they did crosswise. I had the tires marked. Changed for an extra half quart of oil bit would t give me the half quart they didn't use.

Can't speak to how they work because I can never get them to answer the phone. They are the closest location to me for service under my Fire Service Contract, but it is still about 40 miles round trip so I want to know if there are opening before I commit and waste a trip / hours.

My Grandma took my Jetta in for a oil change because I couldn't take off from work. They usually are 40-60 dollars but when my grandma takes it, it's $94 that's crazy lol. Scamming old folks around here.

They do a great thorough job. I always know it's done right. They look up to see what your vehicle needs done at that time mileage wise.

Only place in town that I wasn't told until I was there for my estimate that there was a charge. Every other place I called there was no charge. I suppose some will do anything it takes for a dollar smh

Got inspection done quickly 7am. They do brake check for $25 and noticed my pads were low and gave me mm measurement. Replaced both for about $150 total. Got in there 2nd on Saturday and done in less than an hour, 1-2 hours including brake check. Thalia is great to work with and Thomas helped with inspection.

I got here at 1:30pm. There was 1 vehicle in front of mine that was almost done and I was told it'd be 30-45 minutes and I'd be done. The time is now 3:15pm and the slow mechanic working on my truck STILL isn't done!!! My truck is still up on the rack. He's walking around as if he's getting paid hourly and milking the clock. Never coming back here again they're not even busy. **Updated** $170 for an oil change!!!!! This place is a total rip off!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I got my oil changed here a few days ago. Just found out that they left the cap off, so eventually I was driving around with 0 oil in my car. Long story short, had to pay $700+ to fix my car. Over a simple cap they forgot to screw back on. DO NOT GO HERE.

They are incredibly slow and incredibly expensive. The only reason they are in business is that there are not that many oil change places in Brenham. There is very little competition, so there is no incentive to provide good service or good prices.

Stopped to fuel up and my car wouldn’t start. Thankful I was there in the -15 degree weather. They got my vehicle in and a new battery installed right away. Super friendly people to work with. Very pleased with the help and service I received today. THANK YOU!!
