Store open, self checkout closed, and no cashiers 5 customers walked out leaving buggies full at the empty front counter after waiting to be checked out for 25 mins. Store looks like tornado went through. Needs new management severely.

Great customer service, i believe his name is hector but there’s a guy there that immediately stops what he’s doing to ring you up or help you find what you’re looking for, hell he even RAN to the register when he saw me going towards the front to pay for my stuff, always in a good mood and positive attitude, look forward to going back

Apart from having a disorganized store, they also have an employee with a very bad attitude misinforming customers. Very good way to lose sales. And then asked about it answers you with a snotty attitude. Too bad it's the only one here in Imperial. They need a total attitude adjustment and organizational skills.
