When I have needed special assistance, eg, when i have lost my bank card, I can easily get in contact with representatives who are always polite, super helpful, friendly, and cheerful”

“A lot of comments are mad at 1FBUSA for charging an annual fee. They extended credit to you when no one else would, which is why you signed up for their card in the first place. Either pay the annual fee, or cancel the card and take the small hit to your average account age. Stop complaining online that you have to pay the annual fee because you cant cancel the card- that is a false statement. Its true their card doesnt offer cash back. But they helped you build your credit when no one else would! Now you qualify for cash back cards, because this bank helped you build credit.”

Their customer service agents are always pleasant to speak with, quick to respond and always get us sorted out efficiently. We've looked at other banking options and as far as safety features, ease of locations, customer service (both in person with the tellers and calling in to the service center) and card control goes, SFCU is the top option in my opinion!”
