Tried to buy a chainsaw at 6:45. Asked for help from the person clearing out the register. Again at 6:45 not 7. He said I would have to come back tomorrow. Wow. Thought this was the place of the helpful hardware man. Guess not in Kearney. More worried about going home than customer service. What a shame. Will do business somewhere else I guess.

First 5 employees I see walking in the door are all staring at their phones. Hard to get any help. Maybe Ace should implement a "no phones"policy. SMH

Paid $149 to fix the self-propelled mechanism. First thing I tried to see if it was working. NO good.
They lied about it said it was working when it went out the door. How could it of been working out the door if they can't fix it. This ACE has gone down hill.

They do a fine job of stocking products you need and are always helpful. I'm ok with spending extra just so I don't have to set foot in the big stores.

Will never ever return to this store again!When they changed management a couple years ago the store had gone downhill. The manger now Kris is the real reason why this store is going in the wrong direction anything that upsets her she comes back and retaliates on the employees that work there.She has no personality what so ever!!Maybe you should look back and see how many employees she’s fired since she took over as manager of the kearney store. Come on Jelinek change things or you’ll be the next business in kearney going underFire Kris Berney!!!

The management here left a lot to be desired. I believe her name was Kris. She was rather snappy with customers as well as her employees. I was not impressed and won’t be going back for a while.
