I've had a few issues but response time when my concentrator has been malfunctioning has been great. I recommend then to anyone with full medicare. My last visit with mobile tech Jason was Quick and simple.

Was not told by Omaha facility to make an appointment. Showed up unannounced and was met with confusion by Sally and co. I needed to return a machine and grab a different one. Sally checked their inventory and luckily found what I needed and gave the information I needed in a very prompt and timely manner!! Sally was a huge help and a great person. I am thoroughly happy and impressed to have Sally as my go to person!! Thanks again, Sally!!!
