They ended up having to extensive repairs on my car but kept very open communication with me and gave me very reasonable pricing. They were very friendly and helpful when I was stuck in Kearney, drove me around and made me feel very comfortable. Would 100% be my go to if I lived in the area.”

“It was Labor Day weekend and the water pump went out of my truck and they were the only ones that answered their phone. He said he would get me in otherwise I would’ve had to wait 3days for anyone else to work on it. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place and they could have charged me any amount but they didn’t. They were more than fair in their price as I had expected it would be $300-400 more than what I was charged.”

A very nice man in the service department came out and balanced the tire pressure for us at no charge. I neglected to ask his name, but we wanted him to know how much his kindness is appreciated.”

“I stopped by after my car was leaking a lot water inside due to clogged drain tubes in my moonroof. I didn't even have an appointment and he unclogged those tubes for me within 10 mins and wouldn't even accept any payment. He was so patient and knowledgeable while explaining what the problem was. I was so impressed and appreciative. I will recommend this place to everything I know and come here in the future for my autoglass needs. Thank you so much!”

“My husband and I were travelling from Oregon to South Carolina, delivering a Jeep to our daughter. Just outside of Kearney the crankshaft sensor went out in our Suburban. We spent the night at a rest area and the following morning we went to Greg's shortly after they opened. We were able to have the sensor replaced and back on the road in 2 hours--excellent time considering the shop was BUSY!!. Greg's is a great place to go! The shop is very professional and well run and no one attempted any up sales. Nice to do business with an honest establishment. We highly recommend going to Greg's for any repairs or maintenance!!”

“Noel took great care of me in a pinch. We were traveling from CO to TN and had a EGT sensor go bad. I was able to pickup the part at the local stealership and called Noel because the Chevy place wouldn't fit me in. Noel had the sensor swapped and truck performing a DPF burnoff in less than 15 minutes. Thanks again sir, you are a life saver.”

“Was driving across country with a U-Haul trailer when one of the trailer tires developed a bubble in the sidewall. U-Haul’s roadside service dispatched Kearney Towing and Wade showed up faster than I waited on hold with the U-Haul rep. Wade was polite and professional and because he came prepared, the repair took less than five minutes. Kearney Towing and Wade deserve ten stars for this one!!”

“I took my Honda Shadow Aero 750 to replace the original headlight with an LED headlight I had purchased and to re-wire my all-around LED lights to the ignition switch. Those lights had been connected directly to the battery by a mechanic in another shop which was draining my battery too quickly, but I had Great Plains Motorcycle Services re-wire the lights to the ignition. The tech I spoke with communicated everything very well with me. In the end, I was very happy with their work. It was excellent and not too costly. Just what I expected. I also had these guys change a front tire for me not too long ago and they also did a great job of that. I highly recommend these guys. They also work rapidly and efficiently.After writing the above review and reading the review of others, I decided to add this bit. I had called the motorcycle shop near the Interstate to see if they could change out my normal light to the LED light and re-wire or add a switch to LED lights. Their question was, "What kind of bike is it?' As soon as I told them it was for a Honda Shadow Aero, they told me, "Nope, sorry, we don't work on Hondas." But when I called GPM, I got none of that. They were ready and willing to work on it and they did it professionally at that.Thanks guys. May your business prosper many times over.”
