Watch out for the culture at this store. Too good old boy. The clerk made me wait while he didn’t seem to be making any effort to look up the part I requested. Smirk on his face and distractions from buddies didn’t help. I don’t think the guy ever really tried. He said, “I’m not sayin’ they don’t have one. I just can’t find it.” Took 30 seconds for clerks at other stores to find the part. All of them knew what I was talking about.

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They will dig to help you find a part or solution to what you’re dealing with. They have some parts all the other parts stores don’t have.

After going to multiple battery dealers in town (Midas, Central Auto, Garrett's) and receiving poor service, I was directed to Auto Value. They were fantastic- both the price and the service were friendly. They took the time to make me feel valued. I will definitely be coming back to them!

Only done business with one time, as really did not know anything about them. Priced a certain auto part and they were half price compared to any other shop in town. Not saying they are half price every time, but it must of been my lucky day. Will give them a shot in the future.
