If I could rate this 0 I would. The room was filthy, nothing vacuumed, sink was sticky, dead bugs on the wall, stains all over the hotel itself.

One word.... EWW! If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place should be shut down till they learn how to clean. My boyfriend and I travel for work all the time. We are on the road about 8 months out of the year and while we stay in some nice hotels, we do lots of economy hotels as well. This is the first time I've felt compelled to let out my inner Karen and leave a bad hotel review! This is easily the WORST hotel I have encountered across the Country so far! The fridge was broken and filled with mold and other unknown liquid substances that emitted a horribly foul oder. The room smelled of mildew and something else, not sure what and don't want to know. The bathroom was dirty with bugs behimd the toilet. The door did not close unless you lift up hard while closing. I am afraid to pull the sheets down and really wishing I was one of those people that brought their own. The lobby and hallway were filled with lots of flying bugs. All this during COVID-19!! The signs say masks required but no staff members were wearing them. Yet breakfast is canceled due to Covid?

Three words: blood stained sheets. I only pulled back one side of the bed, and the blood stain was strategically placed on the wall side, so I didn't see it until the morning. Ew. The front desk tried to blame their laundry service as if using a "clean" blood stained sheet was acceptable on any level. Ew, no. I didn't read reviews because I've stayed in Baymonts before. I will always read reviews from now on. Ew. Of course, I wonder if someone got murdered or had a baby or got their period. I hope it was just the latter...good god.

Picked a place via Hotwire - came up as a Baymont - remind me never to stay at a Baymont ever again. Never saw so much hair in the bed and tub. I think the hall floor has not been vacuumed in a few days. Blame it on Covert-19? Too tired to fuss with it, used a UV light to sanitize. Hallways were a mess. I know I know, you get what you pay for, but having work in custodial mgt and daughter in hotels, there has to be some effort. Reflects on Kearney as well.

Beware, you get what you pay for. This Baymont was very disappointing when I stayed here last night. I've stayed here a few years back and it's really gone downhill. First off, I did not feel very safe as there was zero social distancing practiced here, no mask wearing by staff, no screen at the check-in desk and no hand sanitizer available. This was after repeatedly calling the front desk to check in because no one was there at 9 p.m., which seemed like a fairly standard hour to check in at. When I checked in, they refused the king sized room I booked directly through Wyndham. I was told they overbooked. That's odd, the parking lot was mostly empty. I got put into a double room and the first thing I noticed was how bad it smelled. Next, the curtains were literally ripped off the window and we're dangling. After discovering the fridge was also broken, I asked for a new room. The new room was not much better. There were hairs all over the bathroom and the towels were shredded with long, dangling threads. The A/C even stopped working at 2 in the morning. I woke up sweating, but it wouldn't turn back on. The ice machine produced ice that had a very strong perfume odor. Were they using perfume to mask other odors? Please don't stay here. Even though the rooms are cheap, the reduced rates mean quality and cleanliness will be substantially compromised.

This is a small, economically priced motel in Kearney, Nebraska. My sister, best friend and I stayed here October 10 through October 13. I made the reservation while driving from Denver, Colorado to Kearney to get to the hospital before my mother passed away. Under an extremely stressful situation, Holly made my reservation and helped make sure we had a room, no matter how late we got in, as we were headed straight to the hospital first. My best friend and I arrived just after Midnight. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The next day, my sister arrived and they immediately gave us extra towels, got a key for her, and promised to keep our mother in their thoughts and prayers. They have gone above and beyond to help us and make us comfortable during this stressful, difficult time. If I could give the staff and their customer service more than five stars, I would. They are amazing. Kudos to each of you and thank you for making this very difficult time much more bearable.

The sheets were clean (we think) but that was about it. Our toilet was broken, bathroom was yucky, and the room didn't seem to have been vacuumed in awhile. For $60, it gave us a place to sleep for the night, but we probably won't be returning to a Baymont again.

This hotel is dirty. No elevator. The equipment in the "gym" does not work. It is dirty. No ice machine. They don't even shovel after a snow storm. The staff does not care that things are not working. Save your time and money. If you just need a place to sleep with your eyes closed then it is cheap.
