Buyers beware. Buckle doesn't stand behind their jeans. Their return policy is outdated and the lack of customer service provided in store because of their policies is not in favor of the customer. My first and last time making a purchase at Buckle.

My daughter went shopping with her boyfriend and was offered a job to work there. She interviewed, did the background check, got hired and quit her current job. Now the manager is never at the store, doesn’t call her back and has never put her on the schedule. She quit a job for better pay and now she has nothing. So unprofessional on management part

Bought a Afflicted shirt and after a wore it a few times it started to come apart and tear. They blamed it on wear when clearly its cheaply made and cost a ton. Wouldnt do anything to make it right. Wont be ordering again

The worse experience I had ever had in a store.I went to buy me a pair of jeans .The employee’s walk right past me as if I wasn’t there I have spent a lot at this store .So I’m going to go else where to buy them .

I ordered a shirt with the cashier. I was told the shirt would be delivered In store and once received they would call me. Well almost a month later they called and stated the shirt would be in I advised I would be in tonight to pick it up. I arrive and they told me they can’t find the shirt and they stated I needed to pay again for the same shirt being they refunded my card. But when I walked in they couldn’t find it and knew nothing of the shirt. Now someone recalls refunding? I demanded that I get proof of a refund… they refused. So either they wanted me to pay 2x for a shirt not even worth $38 or me to walk away. Well you lost a customer over stealing $37.98 from me..:I even offered the receipt and they still informed me I needed to pay for the shirt… the manager Lindsey thought it was funny and had the most upmost disrespect I have ever seen in my life. The cashier who wasn’t even a manager was nicer and more apologetic than the manager. It was like she had a chip on her shoulder… Even though I love the jeans I won’t be back!

Definitely will never order or shop in their stores again. You can’t cancel your order or modify your address even if it’s 30 minutes later. You just have to lose your money or hope it works it’s self out.

Horrible customer service i tried to cancel my order before it shipped and i was told i could not so after i wasted time and gas to return items to store they refused to credit me 5.00 shipping fee.

Worst online ordering process out there! I have tried to order a pair of boots online. The first time they cancelled my order because of address issues. After waiting 9 days for the credit hold to be released I just tried again today. The addresses matched except I'm sending them to my office, since people have been stealing packages from porches in my neighborhood. An hour after placing the order it was cancelled again. I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes with customer service to be told that is why it was cancelled, because it was my work address. No one would override the order process and I was told to try ordering again to my home address or ship to a store. The closest store to me is 12 miles out of my way from home and 18 miles out of my way from my office. Any other online ordering company will ship to my office just not Buckle. Worst customer service!

I purchased jeans from this store. On January 20th, 2 pairs and to be hemmed as well. I got an email saying my order was ready for pick up on January 25th, but i was working all day and unable to pick it up. I was fairly busy at work and unable to have free time until today. I called and was told they I had already picked up my jeans on January 25th at 2:22 pm. The manager at the store already said before she even looked at the tapes that the man who sold me the jeans said the same person said it was me who he gave them but he was not there today for me to talk to him about it. She then looked at that tape and said I was the same person who picked it up. But my face mask, my jacket were different and I was wearing "A beanie" the second time (which i dont wear one). She then gave me the corporate number and said I received my jeans and that they will not replace or refund my money. I asked why didn't you ask for ID and my receipt like it said in my email. He responded and said he didn't have to because it was the same person who sold it to me, however that person was not even at work that day to make any comment or give his take.I have gone to the buckles for almost 20 years and have bought a lot clothes during that time. To be able to not work with me to get my jeans replaced is ridiculous. Not to mention he was very rude to me on the phone. His name was Drew at the corporate theft department.

This is the WORST company I’ve ever worked for. The HR department needs to be retrained and re directed in the right direction to deal with staff. HR is very unaware how to be fair and how to take the right steps in investigating incidents at work the workplace. You’re a very unprofessionally business. You’ll never work out here or move up within the company if you do not know higher ups in the company. If you like to stand up for yourself from right from wrong don’t work here if your believe in fair treatment don’t work her because they have NO idea what that is . If you still decide to work for them good luck !
