Wonderful customer service! I had to discuss something with someone in the pizza department and he was a complete gentleman about it! I have never had an issue with this location and the food is always superb!!

This is a caseys the others should take example from, it's 7:30 am people are going to work and school is starting at 8 makes plenty of sense to them to just have the pizza heater full which they did

My experience at this Casey’s was nice. It was a very clean and inviting environment. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everytime I go in this Casey’s the staff instantly greets me when I enter the store. The shelves are organized and stocked. The parking lot is clean and I rarely see any gas spills. Also, it’s a speedy checkout. I highly recommend this store.

So much for”Casey’s Pizza”I’ve always loved their pizza and have ordered there for over 20 years! Well, no more! They’ve gotten some lazy and rude employees working there now.I tried calling to order a pizza and no one answered the phone. So I went in to place my order in person. There were only 2 employees working. They both were at the cash register (leaving no one in the kitchen) helping people who were there to pick up pizza orders. The phones were ringing and no one was answering. I waited patiently for one of the employees to finish with the customers and return to the pizza kitchen so I could place my order.Finally, an angry, heavyset woman came back to the kitchen. She saw me standing there and asked me if I was there for a pickup. I told her “I’m here to order” she told me flatly “the kitchen is closed”. I walked away in disbelief - apparently the kitchen wasn’t “closed” previously as others were picking up THEIR orders. I thought about it afterwards and MAYBE she wrongly assumed I was trying to order a sandwich or something BUT she could have clarified what she meant if she had any customer service skills at all. SHEESH!But I didn’t care. I figured I would just go to the Casey’s on 25th as they have a bigger kitchen and since they are right in the middle of town I assumed they would be well staffed. But that didn’t go so well either - see my review for that location.
